Gameplay has been amazing but my eyes are going so I'm stopping at 4-0. Promes is godly. Think back to how OP he was at the start of the game and apply that here. That's just him coming off the bench at HT too.

Depay does just not play to what his in-games say he should unfortunately though. As such the last purchase I'd like to make is to bring in the LW Mbappe, but I'm about 200k away from that. If they brought back Riberys' SBC that'd be even better.

Aim is always elite but ive never achieved it. Ive had 22 and 21 wins over the past few weeks. I can usually get 17 wins with games to spare. Not this week though. It was a struggle, I couldn't defend and people could score whenever they wanted

They seperate top 100 on skill rating if you check the leaderboards. Matchmaking isnt based on SR? There are probably several factors.

In Rivals it is based on skill rating, but not WL.

Your first match is essentially a random matchup and then everything thereafter follows your form. So if you're 0-15 you'll be getting matched up against the shittest of the shit. But if you are 15-0 then it's the best of the best for you.

I’ve saw on the WL channel someone who was 28-0 being matched up with someone who was 14-8. Ive seen it with my own eyes. It's not always consistent.

Another problem with this years version is that it is meta only. For example in Nepenthez latest video he makes a team including Promes and Lozano just for fun. Even though he is the better player, he doesn't start winning until he bring on the meta players from his bench.

Sometimes it feels I'm on 99 and I can feel if I have the advantage or disadvantage, the moment you kick-off

I played with a rare gold 85 rated team a few weeks ago and got to gold three with games to spare. Super teams are worth a extra three wins and hyper teams are worth six (made up numbers)

I wouldn't go that far, particularly now where as soon as you're on +5 you're playing Hyper teams - I faced R9 4 times in 10 games this weekend, three of which were the 96 version, and in at least 2 (I think all) of those cases he had CR7, Gullit and 97 Mbappe with him. I think I have a hyperteam now, in fairness, though my 97 Mbappe stands alone as the only player over 1.2m. To have 3 or 4 players each worth 3-4m in the team is mental, even now.

Finished on 8 wins after some scoopy uppy shit for the last few games got me not so much mad, as errr... disappointed.

There's also a patch coming out. Now I know they've been having streamers and a few choice partners to their HQ for the basis of this. It's all on gameplay responsiveness. They want the same experience every time.

I will say I thought my gameplay was great on this version up until around December, when they first said about fixing the issue. Now it's 50/50. Hopefully this is a fix.

Some of the best Special Items from FUT 19 (excluding TOTY) will be re-released during FUTTIES! The players will be added to packs in 3 batches. The first batch will be released on July 3rd, the second batch on July 17th and the third batch, which will include some of the top players from the first two batches, will be released on July 31st.

TOTW 81+/84+ upgrade SBC is here. This is much needed and has pushed the cost of Icons requiring IF cards right down. This has now flipped the problem over to rare golds going crazy in price. Sell up lads.

10 games into the WL I can report there has been a definite change in connection. It is now very consistent, it's just consistently slow.

I'm using it to make my game better though. I've been watching the pros and one thing I've noticed universally is they just don't sprint with the ball unless it's been played in behind. It helps a lot with people who drag defenders about in pursuit of you. Much easier to react.

There's other things too. Like for example if a defender is coming over to body your running attacker, a quick ball roll away from them then and a turn back gets you back into space. Works 99% of the time.

Also first time shots. Take them wherever possible over taking a touch. Given the quality of card you're likely to have now, it'll at least be testing the keeper or the woodwork. Getting closer to the keepers seems to trigger God mode.

Using this I'm a reasonably comfortable 9-1. I seem to control games much better but for the last one. Mainly because the AI tackled twice with Blanc for penalties whilst I was controlling another player. This got him sent off. My opponent also scored a free kick, that was laid off for a striker but hit the wall and then looped up and perfectly over my keeper. Managed to cling on to pens at 4-4 and then won it.
My loss came from a proper player. This guy just commanded the ball and finished the game with 65% possession to my 35% I just couldn't get anything going with so little of the ball. I ended up losing 3-1. He had the perfect combo of attacking threat and possession. He never just kept it for the sake of it.

I cant say ive notice better connectons. The fact that WL is a global tournument, we are always going to have connection issues. Until they go to a local based tournument (which isnt happening), I think the game will always be shit.

I did all the objetives on Sunday which was very fun. I put Marcelo up front with Hamdallah and proceed to try and bulldoze my way to goals.

Juve's their own thing. PES had the reverse situation when they had Serie A licensed. I think Sassuolo were also unlicensed. The players will be licensed but not the team. Don't suppose FIFA has an edit function, do they?

Managed to do Bale for 'free' turning in a lot of my heroes from long ago. The likes of FB Alves, POTM Rashford and Sterling are out. As well as this man:

He basically kickstarted this version properly for me. For those who don't remember I did the loan version and it got something like 30odd goals and a good number of assists in the 20 games. I went back and forth on splashing out on the full version with the only 500k odd I had. I did it on the last day and he smashed his way to a great weekend league run and I packed CR7 in the following rewards.

But as with the above cards he was never, ever going to be used again so I got him in to get me Bale. He'll replace Sancho who I find infuriating in front of goal. Just so inconsistent even with green timing.

I may well not play another game but I want to do this weekend. I'm coming up on 1000 wins and I'd like to hit that before I sign off on this year. I've a little over 100k to hand so could maybe do a decent SBC should one come, but the club is down to bare bones now.

I also just made a bronze squad 40odd chemistry, with Gomis up front and brought in the cheapest La Liga TOTW CB I could find in Lenglet. Renamed my squad Objective Boost and went off into Div 1.

Took me an hour to finish all of them. Assisting Gomis with Lenglet crosses off all of the requirements at once.

Though it was quite sad just how many of the people I came up against saw my team and were still in full tryhard mode and using repeated La Croqueta and drag backs. But the one guy who tried to play me seriously and I still went 3-0 up against was great fun.

It is if you're doing it as intended, with your mega team and using the desired player.

Once I scored a couple of own goals the opponent generally knew what was up. Get my Lenglet > Gomis goal and then quit the game. It still counted. Rinse and repeat.

Also, Promes is very very good. Go and get him.

The first three are rated 87, 88, and 91, so will be a terrific help in SBCs.
