Actually Russia - Wales have all their results ridiculously close to 3.xx odds. Getting a bet in on Draw from the start @3.15 and Wales @ 2.98 and then hoping Russia doesn't score very early so you eventually can go for a russia bet @ over 3.00 means you at least hardly lose anything.
