Added Robbo to the previously shown Liverpool team and started the New Nine evo on Elliott at CAM over Cole and went into qualy. VVD is nuts even in this form. Robbo card is very fun. One thing to note though is only VVD and Stevie has Racoon+ which is vital for reliably diving into a tackle these days. Xabi Alonso also somehow doesn't have a single defensive playstyle.

This actually made a big difference in the two losses I picked up. Team was fun though. Elliott surprisingly good even though he's not fully baked yet. I'm hoping he'll fit into a further evo down the line being only 94 and having relatively low pace/shooting. But he'll have 97 dribbling which may count him out.

Rewards and packs tonight have chucked me back a MYM Tchouameni and the new Malacia. Ticked off enough xp to get Garrincha now too. I'll be waiting to see what they do with upgrades before deciding if Eto'o is one I really want to commit to. For example now I'd hate to be someone who just finished Butra and then Eto'o has come out and they want him.

Came up with a way to extend the grind/my interest in this.

Start with a blank squad and add whatever evo's I'm working on. Open packs until I have enough players to play a game. Play a game, open more packs and then play another game everytime someone gets added. Once the full squad is full I start again.

So we're getting to/at the point where you have a lot of players now who all look quite samey. For example, that new Yaya Touré. He probably doesn't look to dissimilar to something else that's out now. I'll compare him to say the 97 Rice. Both fulfil similar roles in a team and come from the same league. However the differences now are the body types and PS+ selection.

Rice has Intercept+, Block+ and Relentless+. I'd argue the latter two are almost useless on a CDM type. They wont be running around too much and you tend not to be blocking shots as a CDM, more a CB job.
Yaya has Intercept+, Anticipate+, Bruiser+ and Incisive Pass+. He is going to be an absolute cunt to face. He's 6"2 and lean so he's going to cut it out if you try and pass anywhere near him. If you dribble near him the combo of those middle two is going to have that ball off you in no time and he'll keep it when he does. Then he can play a defence splitting pass easily after he does it. They may look 2 similar ish players on the surface but it wont even be close in game.

The silver stuff is also strange. They seem to have got to the end game and then tried to do everything for a month or so to keep you off your main teams. This kind of evo would have been better around the start of the year. Then after a month or so give an evo to bring your chosen silvers up to speed, say 88 rated. Then later 90 rated, then another for 92 etc etc.

So im just going through my club and I've stumbled across two cards, I didn't even know I've packed. Ruiz (https://www.fut.gg/players/226271-fabian/24-67335135/) and lo celso (https://www.fut.gg/players/226226-giovani-lo-celso/24-50557874/) look very good.

Im just opened my rivals rewards and I've packed valverde (https://www.fut.gg/players/239053-federico-valverde/24-151233997/) he looks like an end game CM for me. He does not have any scoring playstles but for my style, it is not really needed.

I can see they have realsed a cost effective Yaya who I will definalty do. Would have liked the press proven + over bruiser as I would like to try him as a loan CDM. Not sure how much agility he will have in there though. If it don't work. I will put him as CM next to valverde and put camavinga at LB.

Nep swears blind that the exchange and it are great, but they're really not. Sure the grind is infinite, but it's also infinitely boring and takes far too long to assemble 89+ squads once you've exhausted the 84 x10 (and that's assuming they're good, mine were atrocious last night).

This Haaland should not be able to move like he does. I put him in for Nunez at my focal point. Saka, Greasy, Dybala behind him and Jude/Yaya to hold it down. I was already 4-1 from earlier in the weekend and played 5 tonight. Won all 5 and he scored 14 goals in that time.

Yaya also feels very good. Had him on stay back and Jude as the one who got forwards and they're both great. However, I'm preferring Yaya due to the playstyles. Jude has a useless one in acrobat+ and I'd argue finesse+ is wasted on a midfielder. Yaya is the perfect CM with his.

I will also say this Bisseck is starting to feel the power curve a little. He has Bruiser+ and Aerial+ but no other PS+ for defence. He's probably the most at risk of an upgrade if we ever get another CB SBC.

Also got my first two FUTTIES in an age tonight in Papin and Zaha. I was beginning to think they didn't exist.

Haaland with 16 games played as one person quit as it was a tie and came back with 31 goals. He feels like when I first added in Nunez, only now everyones team is end game so it's more impressive.

Came here to say the same. FUTTIES Alaba for me. Handy for me as I meant to put in this Eder Militao for an evo (https://www.fut.gg/players/240130-eder-militao/evolutions/) before I did anything. Alaba obviously plays for the same club and slaps the piss out of those stats on Militao. However, Eder is taller and has Aerial+.

I might try Trent theory tomorrow if he's not in my pick or pack. The main packs are being held for Friday. There's not anything else SBC wise I'd want to put resources into now anyway. Eto'o would be nice sentiment wise, but in reality I already have several 97-99 rated attackers in my team and I'm sure we're due a nuts Salah/Firmino soon, so he'd be back out.

I should be back in the motherland for most of next week so this weekend might be the last real one I play of this version.

Thankfully I put that Trent up at what I bought him for, for 3 hours and he has sold. His price seems to bob up and down between just under 500k and up to like 560k at times.

Leaves me up to 1.3m in coin. It would be a touch more but I've paid the 75k to evo Di Natale again to the bonkers 96 card. I've also nearly done the first stage of Militao. The next one is Tech Titan and it would take him to a 96 too. He'd get useless 5* skills and Tech+ but the stat bump makes it worth doing.

Just need to get someone into the FUTTIES Duo 2 before it expires at 6pm. Also have a WL run to cram in somewhere. I'm away Sun-Thurs so anything not done by Sunday morning is gone. I may try and speed run myself to 11 wins. Hopefully they don't drop another friendly cup tonight.

I dont know if it's time of day or what, but took an essentially B team into qualy(it still has several 96-98 cards in it) which has a couple Evos to work on. I won 4 games inside 10 minutes. I scored on 3 of them immediately and they all quit. One guy stayed but was 3-0 down inside 7 in game minutes. Final guy and the only full game went 4-1 up on me. He had Crouch, Haaland and two other tall guys up top. His plan was those chipped in behind through balls. After I twigged how to stop him the onslaught came and I won 7-4. Qualified already essentially, I just need to gift some.

Ginola could be a 98, but I bet they'll still make him a 96. Should be great either way. And yeah batch 4 needs to be loads of 91+. No more of this 86-89 bollocks. At least I wont have to see 88 Reijnders any more.

Ticked off the FUTTIES Barella and Dempsey while opening packs. Seems we're being handed TOTS cards from basically any big exchange or 84x10.

I was looking at using my coins to bring in TOTS VVD or MYM Konate, but they have both shot up in price since 6pm. I assume this is to pair with people hoping to get Salah. A bit annoying.

Using FUT GG prices, it looks like most of the batch 4 is packable. Even the TOTT Messi was 9m at 6pm and is now nearing 4m. In fact most of the top cards you'd want have halved in price now. The only exception being 98 R9.

We'll see what tomorrows SBCs will bring in terms of upgrades, but the 85x10 being standard now should be the thing. Though knowing EA we'll get upped to 6 x 84x10 and 2 x 85x10. With no changes to the cost.

I have used it continuously for two years. I wouldn’t say zero risk of being banned but it is absolutely minimal. Nep etc use it. He just does it off screen.

I have done over 1k PPs each if the last few weeks using it (976 82+ as of today).. A few soft bans, solved by logging into the game, but nothing else.

As long as you don’t use it to snipe (it warns you) then you are absolutely clear.

I saw a tweet a while back about fixing it. You have to have new and old gen installed, but basically go into the other version and complete one SBC.

For me, when I get soft banned I log into PS4 version and submit the SBC I was working on and back out. Refresh the app and try a new SBC in the APP. If that doesnt, work I log into the PS5 version and repeat. Between the two of them it usually sorts it.

WL speedrun finished at 15 wins. Lost the last one and messaged the guy GG. We were drawing til about the 70th and he made some subs(brought on Haaland and new Ginola) and then he won quite easily.
He messaged GG back and said he is a 19 win player and was trying players out, when I made him work for it he brought on meta. Ended up with 97 Kolo Muani from one of the picks. So rare and all that.

I toyed with the idea of doing it in Rivals as you get 50 per game, but the games are longer and I have less certainty as I've no idea what 148 opponents would do when presented with someone rubber banding.

Im using Neto and I dont know why, but his dribbling from the right side is magnificent especially when i cut inside. So the first half, i just cross the ball with my strong foot on the outside, but the second half i switch it around and cut inside. This neto card is ridicilous. It takes my opponenent a while to recongiise ive changed my approah exspect as they exspected me to go on the outside and just cross the ball.

I can put him into tech titan and the evo upgrade for an even bigger boost.
