Only had four people who picked all the sections - Sir Andy Mahowry, Pleb, Limoutsonik & myself, and we all got maximum points for Green Bay over 44.5pts.

- Pleb did the best in the picks/GOTW combo (15pts), only missing on Seattle, Tennessee & the Saints, but he missed on everything else so only finished with 15pts
- Limoutsonik had the lowest score on picks/GOTW (11), but nailed Andrew Luck's score for a full ten & also gained five each for picking Keenan Allen & the Ravens, finishing on 31pts
- Mahow was solid all round, getting 12pts on the picks, nailing Alvin Kamara as the top RB for ten points & getting close on Luck. Ultimately though, a score of 33pts was only good enough for second
- That's right, I won this week. I did okay in the picks (12pts), and was out by one on Luck, but I smashed it on the player picks, getting 5pts in four of the five categories to end on a total of 41pts.

The biggest domination of the week, however, was Baz crushing the field in daily fantasy, finishing with 150pts with second just over 100. This may be Baz's format, since there's no direct opponent that can outscore him every week.

I wish you could see your previous weeks lineup on Daily Fantasy, on the same screen where you pick this weeks lineup. I know you can’t have the same team every week cos of costs (nor would you want to because of opponents) but it’d be good for inspiration/a reminder to keep using certain players.

I've got Zachs team this week and would be sat fancying my chances, but both Freeman and David Johnson are now questionable. If both play I should be good, if both don't, the win is there for him to take.

I was the highest scorer last week and dealt with Mahow, this week however I face the 2nd highest scorer. This should be a shootout and it's tough to call. I'm hopeful to win it on the ground.

Work League 0-1

Just like last year I start 0-1. I'm very keen to avoid 0-2 but I can see it happening.

He's changed his lineup and taken Ben out, who I really fancy to go big this week. I hope it stays that way. I'd be more confident about the RB situation had Lewis not clearly looked the better Titans back last week.
WR looks about even, but if I had to choose I'd take his over mine this week. I am tempted to play Cobb over Jones. We saw last week Jimmy G had some success throwing against the Vikings. Had he not overthrown 2 passes ever so slightly, he has a great fantasy game. Adams is looking iffy to play too, so he should see some targets.
At TE he's just lost his starter in Walker. Hopefully this tilts things in my favour.

The original projection was me to win by less than half a point (246.32 to 245.88) but now it's 237.72 to 226.06. We were the top 2 scorers last week with him being the only team to outscore me.

Top Vs bottom from last year but the Fournette trade looms large as both Fournette and McKinnon could miss this game, but Cousins and Watkins will both feature for him. My super team of studs were slow out of the gate last week (we won but only had the 3rd highest score, which is unusual for us in this league, and my closest rival for the crown blew us away in terms of scoring. That said we are expected to go to 2-0 with an original projection of 181.48-172.05 now being slightly wider with him only projected 169.89.

I have no confidence in my team in this league, but despite the shitty Ravens DST, we're off to a decent-ish start with John Brown ensuring we are over projection.We're projected to win 148.89 to 133.72 but I wouldn't be shocked if Mahow took the win here. I didn't draft for this season particularly, and missing out on all the studs by drafting fucking 12th is showing. I really need my RBs to find form. Annoyingly I nearly put Buck Allen in last night, but I didn't quite have the nerve to trust another Raven.

In a 10 team league I don't think it's too unreasonable. He was probably about 20+ in TE ranks before the draft. No one really saw week 1 coming.

In my matchups this week, I'm against Richard Fay in both the TTH Regular and the TTH Dynasty Leagues.

TTH Regular - I'm projected to win fairly comfortably, especially after AJ Green's performance on Thursday. Fairly evenly matched across the rest of the board, but I'm pretty confident my RBs, Gordon, Drake and Coleman, will outperform his duo of Morris and Burkhead.
Projected: 151.47 - 131.10

TTH Dynasty - I was orignally projected another comfortable win, but that's a bit narrower as Flacco outperformed for him on Thursday. Once again, my RBs (Kamara and McCaffrey) should seal it if they perform as expected. Hopefully Jimmy G puts in a better statline than last week too.

TTH Dynasty was looking bleak, but a late flurry by Tate has brought me back into it. I lead by 13 with Howard to play, Zach has Barkley and Robinson. It's going to need a poor game by one of his two, but it's at least a chance.

Dans Dynasty I'm 40 points ahead, he has Wilson and Beckham, I have Barkley. I'll need a fine balance of Barkley points to win here and not lose the above.

In other news, has Matt Breida featured as a trade-for target somewhere this week? I picked him up and stashed him when McKinnon went down as I believed him to be the better back than Morris. That stat line is now playing out, but I've just got 2 trade offers from 2 different teams in my work league for him.

Jack Doyle for him(this is merely him opening up trade talk, not a serious offer), the other is Shady McCoy and Robby Anderson for him. I'll not be taking that offer but he does have the likes of Conner and Mike Evans would I could flip the offer round on and maybe go 2 for 1 on him.

This brings me to the question for the group. What would you do in regards to Lev Bell and James Conner?

The Bell owner has now lost 2 weeks running in close contests, where basically his RB has let him down. But given the current situation, would any of you trade for him? Or would you rather use the doubt on trying to grab Conner?
Currently I wouldn't bet on Bell coming back before he absolutely has to(week 10) but what are the odds they'll be happy paying him $14m to sit a whole season?

It's probably about the perfect point to nab Bell now. The price will be quite low but the owner will not have got to the point of "might as well keep him now I've had him this long." But would anyone here do it?

Waivers on the work league went badly.

I had stashed Aaron Jones last week and the league let me move him to the IR spot so I took advantage. Unfortunately at some point after me setting my priority and going to bed his designation changed, rendering my roster ineligible. Because of this none of my waivers were considered.

I would have got the Bears D, Bortles and John Brown. Unfortunately all of those went to other owners. The non-QBs would have really upped my squad with their adds too.
As such I've had to dump Crowder to bring in the Browns D, Matt Ryan and Dan Bailey. I still have 6 RBs but I would loathe to just drop one as bar Jones are pretty valuable right now.
There's still WR value aplenty there so I can try and work a trade.

I have Joe this week who is 2-0 and looking at his team it's easy to see why. For a PPR league he has about as bad as possible team to be facing right now. A few key pieces questionable for me too. This one should be ugly.

Pleb for some reason dropped Baker Mayfield in this league and I managed to nab him, hence the commotion before. This week sees me play the reigning Champ and also sees the only 2-0 teams left(already) facing off.

I like my chances here, although I'm a little short on WR depth, my obscene RB corps should make up for it. Only 4 of 10 make the play-offs in this league so getting off to a 3-0 start would do wonders for getting there.

This is the guy who just traded Jones away for Diggs, so I'll be facing him instead of Ridley I imagine. I fear Brady going on a fuck you revenge game against a shite defence.
I don't really love my WR3 here, but I wouldn't mind fixing that via trade or pickup. Stills and Godwin remain on FA as well as Callaway, Westbrook and DJ Moore. I'd be happy playing any of those from what I've seen, with Moore being the lower floor, high ceiling guy of the lot.

Both the defences play tonight so I'm hopeful of going into the weekend ahead. I've never trusted the Browns defence before now.

Main League: 3-0, 1st Place

This is going rather smoothly so far and a week 4 match up with the lowest scorers in the league should see us improve rather routinely to 4-0. We're actually only the 2nd highest scorers, being bested by the team we beat on a stat correction in week 2. The other 3-0 team has scored 155 points less than me, which is about 75% of a weekly score. Couldn't ask for a better start really.

Original Dynasty: 2-1, 4th Place

This week we suffered our first defeat since Week 5 of last year. The team who completely over powered everyone last year isn't firing so far this year, but we stated 2-3 last year before turning it on. The low scoring is more of a concern as we are also 4th in terms of scoring, some 60 points behind the team who beat me, which is also the team I consider our biggest rivals. I won't panic because we should make the Play Offs easily and by then, Ingram/Bell should be back, Fournette should be healthy and Ridley will be the best WR in the world. This weeks match up will be another tough one against the 2nd placed team who is 3-0 (and who I beat in the final last year) but outside of his top 2 WRs, I like my team over his, so I'm hopeful of a win.

TTH Standard, 2-1, 6th Place

A very poor week 3 has seen us tumble down the table, but again I'm not overly concerned. We're actually the lowest scorers in the league, but I think our pathetic week 3 is the sole reason for that. It's a league that is low on my priorities list (below the top 2, and TTH Dynasty, which I find myself caring about more and more) so... what will be will be.

TTH Dynasty: 1-2, 6th Place

Somehow I find myself in a Play Off spot despite the frustrating start. I don't feel my team should be 1-2 as we've performed better than that, but it is what it is. We finally got some RB production this week, and it lead to a win. Thommo will be a tough match as we try and continue the momentum, but him losing Jimmy G helps a lot.

"4th and Inches" shit league, 3-0, 1st Place

Cruising to easy wins week after week, even playing a man down this week on purpose as I didn't want to drop anyone for a DE when Jones went down. We have scored over 100 points more than any other team and almost 200 more than some. Can't wait to dump this league after this season due to the BS keeper situation, which continues to get worse by the year.

Other Random League, 1-2, 5th Place

We're the 3rd highest scorers and have scored more than the top, 3-0 team, but here we are. I autodrafted this league last year and don't pay much attention.

So after a crazy week of football this was the most spread out range of scores we've had so far. It still ended up coming down to the last category though...

- Gray Fox props up the table this week with 10pts, all of which came from picks. That was actually middle of the pack, but failing to score any more points saw GF slide to the bottom.

- Pleb finishes second last, only scoring seven in the picks, but getting extra points for Fitzmagic was enough to leapfrog GF. Unfortunately, despite pick Fitz as the top QB Pleb didn't actually predict how many points he'd score, so a chance to climb even higher was squandered. 12pts it is.

- I finished third, somehow, after a miserable set of picks where I ranked dead last with six :D Managed to save some dignity by grabbing points for Brown (the only one of the WRs we picked to make the first page, and even then he was the last one, lol), and the Jags (because everyone else picked Minnesota), plus one point for Fitz, meaning I dragged myself to a respectable 17pts

- There's a big gap to the top three this week though, and thommo kicks us off with an impressive 26pts. Thommo actually led the way after the picks with a fantasic 15, and also nailed Kamara as the top RB for another ten, but only grabbed a point for Fitz, so ended up with the bronze.

- Sir Andy Mahowry once again gets pipped at the post, scoring 30pts but losing because of a 2 on Fitzmagic. 13pts on picks was strong, and another 15 for Fitz & Kamara meant he was level going into the last category, but it wasn't to be. Again :console:

My scoring last week was strange. In the TTH Regular league, I got the worst score (93.38) with a lot of under-performing players throughout (Drake, Engram, Diggs, AJ Green, Tate). Meanwhile in TTH Dynasty, I top-scored for the second week in a row (188.14), with Kamara, McCaffrey and Mike Williams doing the business. However, half the dynasty team seem to be crocked, questionable or on a bye this week, so I'm not confident whatsoever. Jimmy G being out is a kick in the teeth for starters.

I face Dan this week and I fear for both this week and the season. He's 3-0 and has a vastly superior team to mine I feel. I echo the above statement about it being a 12 teamer and being so deep making it a little frustrating. It's pretty pointless looking to waivers unless desperate. However that is the challenge. I'd be very surprised if Dan doesn't move to 4-0.

I run into the league leader here. He's 3-0 and has a very very strong set of starters. He is however a fair bit weaker from the bench. Unfortunately that matters not here. I'm also without Run CmC, which hurts. Engram is also going to be out, but this league refuses flat out to confirm it, so I've been unable to move him to IR and pick up a spare TE yet.
A side note here is that Breida has been traded away for Shady McCoy, so my lineup is not set.

Vikings D hit the work league waiver wire this week, but more interestingly Derrick Henry did after I traded him away. Considering my RBs are Gordon, CmC, Drake, McCoy and Jones stashed, I've not got the space for him.

Gordon is an auto-start, but my RB2 is currently up in the air. CmC being on bye is a pain. Drake faces a bad match-up and the other 2 are iffy starts without knowing injury status. This IR issue is pissing me off a little too.

My match in Dans Dynasty against Pleb is well poised. I was pretty much done after Thursday in TTH standard. Dynasty sees me in control needing only Conner not to go off.
My luck evidently is in for this matchup.


My work league is a different story. I'm currently the top scorer in the league, with Gordon, Callaway and the Browns D in play. However the other guy has Zeke, Tate and Green to have kept him right in it.

Score is 119 - 86. However he has Brees in play. He also still has JuJu, Alex Collins and Tucker to come. I need over 130 points to have a chance here I think.

My main league match is won barring negative points from Watkins tonight (I'm not out of the danger zone for stat corrections, so I can't bench him). It was much, much closer than anticipated with the lowest scorers in the league (averaging 193 points per week) chucking up 279.38 points with Bortles and Mariota going mental for him after he started Kupp on Thursday, and the Houston DST/Clowney combo also putting up silly points. Thankfully Luck/White/Kamara all went mental for me and we're already ahead by about 0.7 points with Watkins still to play against no one for him, but it was tougher than I imagined, and we're likely to be the top 2 scorers. Barring a disaster, we move to 4-0.

My original dynasty match looked to be completely over at one point, to the point where I was hoping Wentz/Thomas killed me off to help me beat Thommo in the 12 man. Them not doing much dragged me kicking and screaming back into the match and my last second decision to bench Allen Robinson for Sterling Shepard seems to have won the match. We need about 15 points from Mahomes... so you have to back him to get that. We should move to 3-1.

The 12 team match could go either way. If Kelce gets his projection, I lose, but if he gets his 'fearless forecast', I win. Usually, I'd be confident, but after Evans and Thomas combined for fuck all, I doubt it comes off, and expect to go to 1-3.
