How I did it was from a corner on WC Squad Battles: control a player (I think with flair trait is best, I used Neres SBC player), select just after the 6-yard box then run into the goal to drag your marker out of position - they often get stuck behind the keeper - then cross as you're moving back towards the halfway line and shoot with L2 held down

Opened about 60 shit (but some form of gold) league SBC packs last night and the best I got was an 84 in form. It did however allow me to hammer the 81 double upgrades and the 900 pack mark has been breached.

The Oblaks are all gone (marking one of the worst long term investments I've ever undertaken in FIFA) as I needed the coins, but we're on the final straight now. Been averaging over 20 packs created a day for the last 32 days (against an original target of 14), so if I keep that up between now and the 28th Jan I'll have over 1,400 packs, which would equate to something like 45m coins/six grand's worth, but given I'm going to get SBC banned again when TOTY comes as it is, 1,200 is probably more than enough.

Battered through about 20 WL games last night as I had to finish qualifying off. Went 6-4 in the playoffs, and ended up 7-7 in the real thing. I was too tired to go to 9, and I had the 13 WL wins I needed for the token. Reds were fairly good though, Pique and Correa. I definitely felt pretty rusty though, and Puyol at CB was not ideal. But I've tried him out and I can bin him off now knowing he got a whole weekend of games.

- Cristiano Ronaldo - only worth half of what I paid for him now but worth 10x that gameplay-wise. Scored all sorts of goals and was the main man throughout. Currently at 187 contributions (129 goals) in 164 games
- Fekir - got me the last Swaps token with a lateral heel-to-heel and a 25-yard shot into the top corner :drool:
- Gelson Martins - skilful and always a menace
- Kante - his usual self
- Meta Rat Defence - Mendy / PIM Kimpembe / Marquinos and Hakimi - it just works (mostly)

4-2-3-1 with KDB and Kante behind Beckham, Silva and Ginola.

400k in the bank and about 2m in tradeable fodder/investments so the option to upgrade is there but this team has just been working for me as a "competitive" team. I do also like that its FO.

The club has some very good cards I just cant get into the team without messing with the balance/chem. Showdown Sule and Pique, Adidas Ter Stegen, the Bayern boys on the bench. Kimpembe, Varane and Kante shouldn't be this good :lol:

I think I need 4 more wins, 2 by a brace, 4 more goals from outside the box and 5 more volleys to get both Sarr and Manquillo done. It'll take an age, especially playing against the plebs I keep matching up against.

As you were posting that I was coincidentally working out how many packs I can make from recycling alone. Excuse the rough Excel workings, but it's over 1,000 Premium Upgrade packs and over 1,000 2 Rare Gold Player Packs.

The above assumes no wastage and there are some rounding issues when you get down to cycle 9 and beyond, but if I can get through it all I'm going to be opening about 3,500 packs this weekend (last year was 2,250), which is 75m coins/£10k's/1.5m FP's worth.

Judging by how badly the Premium upgrade packs were paying out for streamers tonight and the fact that I'll never be able to top this many packs, I think this may well be the last time I try it.

Ended up going 9-6 in the WL proper. Overall, that's a record of 15-9 (including the playoffs) with the Championship team. Not too bad and it was pretty enjoyable spanking some of the more meta teams with Wilson, Chong and Cavaleiro.

I knew team variety was pretty low right now, but I must have played about 6 or 7 French squads in a row, complete with the usual suspects of Kante, FB Benzema, UEL Fekir. Despite all these interesting cards from different leagues, they're generally still not good enough to force change to the meta.

Pleasingly, ended up with a red 84 Mitro for my WL efforts, along with some 82 LM shitter. Up to 110 packs for this weekend too, including some big ones. I don't expect a TOTY but I'd love some serious fodder for the various SBCs.
