Yeah, he's ace. I use him for quite a lot of teams as he links in well. Reminds me of Ousmane Dembele (probably my favourite card this FIFA, aside from Fred/Kante/Aguero) in that he seems to play above his stats.

Not sure I've used him before in this version. Packed him in Saturday's uber pack fest untradeable and forgot I had him until I came up against him. Using Getterson (utter shite) and then Jo, not much better. As soon as I put Lucas Moura in I smashed through the remaining games, with him getting 12 goals and 5 assists in 7 games.

Makes me think, I have all of these untradeable objective and SBC cards, which I was keeping for posterity, but so many of them are shit and I'm sat on an SBC completion goldmine that's basically doing nothing as a result. Getterson was always going to go back into an SBC, but really, why am I keeping Jo at this point?

EDIT: the more I look at him, the more Overmars intrigues me. I don't have any good LW players (I have Hazard and Marcos Asensio but they're both a bit meh). He's only got 3* skill moves, but 5* WF and some cracking attacking stats.

The more I play with him, the more I think Fred might be the best player I've used in this version.

My two cents:

- Fred is miles better than Pogba, I find
- Kante is boss (even the gold version is one I'll try and include in almost every team/version). Not used Koeman though. Kante/Fred in a 4-1-2-1-2 is my preferred setup
- Would a 4-3-3 be simpler than a 4-2-3-1? No need to fanny around with position switching etc. then. The one with the RF/LF is pretty much the same as 4-2-3-1 I find

He's obscene.

I also pulled TOTS Ocampos in a reward pack the other night and fuck knows why he only costs 70k. He's a rapid winger who's six foot two with 99 agility and reactions and 93 strength. It's not even like he's hard to link, as an Argentinian in La Liga.

I spent 52k on TOTS Anselmo too, and he's a bargain. His card stats are better than Prime Essien

Probably not for this current iteration - Career Mode in FIFA is kinda broken and EA don't give a shit about it.

They mostly just do updates for Ultimate Team (which is what the majority of chat is about in this thread). It's a pretty fun mode but you really need to play online to unlock most of the good shit, or commit to spending time doing trading (buying and selling cards for profit).
