I don't know if anyone is watching this but the scheduling seems odd.
Two title matches early in the card, followed by the womens title. Then came AJ/Y2J. Then for some reason a segment with Edge and Christian where nothing really happened but a feud between the New Day and L.O.N possibly starting. Then for some reason we got R-truth against Axelmania with the Social Outcasts and Golddust interfering.

That was so fucking bad it was bordering on parody. I'm not even mad about the main event. It was clear as day how it was going down. The rest of the show just simply sucked dick. Felt like an episode of Smackdown with boring matches that had no story and an unannounced R-Truth vs Curtis Axel match was the semi main event. Sums it all up.

Fst Lane not as poor as I expected. IC title was better than I expected, 6-man tag was surprisingly tolerable just for being about the right length and having a surprisingly decent promo video before it, main event was about as I expected. Some nice two-on-one spots but it was a bit shit that Reigns just no sells the chair shots and gets right up to win the match.
Baroque Les-nar ambushed Dean Ambrose in the car park before Raw, since he's well known for attacking people like a bitch. How do you book that as anything other than a squash? It's not like even a no contest is going to make the fans turn on Lesnar.

Absofuckinglutely. Bit annoyed that I turned on the stream with him already stood there though - surprise returns are even better when it is just music hitting out of nowhere. It always irritates me when they spoil their own surprises by pre-announcing it, or even having someone say their name a split second before the music hits.
They ruined one of the great pops doing that when Bret Hart hosted Raw.
As cool as that is it does feel like a lose/lose scenario. Taker isn't half the wrestler he once was and Shane is likely the same. Plus the better storyline comes from Shane winning but there's surely next to zero chance of that. Guess the best way would be to have the wyatt's take him out for Shane but I just don't see taker putting him over.
I assume they didn't bring Shane back just for four weeks and to have the Authority continue as they always have, but then Dolph Ziggler saved the WWE and it was all reset within about 10 minutes so who knows.
The main event is an odd one again, even if they have HHH kick the shit out of Reigns every week people aren't going to suddenly back him again. People were behind Reigns when he was more like Dean Ambrose's handsome pal who didn't say much bar OORAGH and hit people, but having him easily overcome the short odds placed in front of him just puts him back where he was when even The Rock couldn't do anything with him. Still, they aced it with the main event last time so they must have something up their sleeve. Emergency MITB or something.

I reckon there's a chance that if Cena is cleared before Wrestlemania, they'll do the switch. IRL, Vince couldn't turn down a chance of Cena vs Undertaker over Shane vs Undertaker, surely?
Still, we can dream of Shane jumping off this years equivalent of the Wrestlemania palm trees, can't we?

Shane vs. Undertaker is going to be an absolute, no-win tragedy if it goes ahead (I've no idea why Undertaker would kayfabe agree to such a match anyway, but never mind.) That first hour or so was the best RAW has been in ages.
Ambrose and Lesnar is another where it's almost impossible for both of them to come out looking good.

The street fight has to just be Lesnar battering him to oblivion with Ambrose refusing to stop. Then he makes a brief late comeback before getting beat, and Lesnar gets ready to kill him but decides on a 'you're alright kid' finger gun.
