It's the high Slovakia one that's really baffling. Thomas Muller level of international caps, in a not so minor country football-wise (as opposed to say Georgia) and I can't even come close to who it could be. Everyone I'm thinking off has already been mentioned and they are either lower in that list or not active any more.

Adding a new one. Cole Palmer scored his 12th Prem penalty at the weekend. Setting a Premier League record for the most penalties taken without ever missing.
Chelsea FC posted this on their site “Cole Palmer set a new Premier League record on Sunday as he scored his 12th consecutive penalty, a feat no player had previously achieved in the competition.” Leaving out the important “without missing” qualifier.
10 players scored 12 in a row before Palmer did it. Who are they?
