Plus @AyDee who filled the form in twice. Once as a AM/S C and once as AM RLC / S C. Weirdly, both had different coloured hair and different nationalities – the former has Scotland second nationality and the latter has Japan. Which do you want? You did the RLC/Japanese one second I presume the latter?
