I'd say the only player left who is playing badly is Stephen Maguire (which I hope doesn't jinx Ronnie) and some of them are playing superb stuff. Mark Williams has 10 centuries already, ten. In two matches. The record is only 16.

Got tickets for the 1st session of the final so hoping for o'sullivan v lisowski. Not checked if the route to the final is mapped out or not so may not even be possible.

Was gonna say it's hard to see beyond O'Sullivan looking at the brackets, but Higgins has a really good recent head-to-head record against him, a very low-stress early couple of rounds and definitely has the experience to cope with the long, long matches. As much as I don't like him, as long as he gets past Lisowski (and ideally without it going the distance), I reckon he might do him. Bingtao to beat the Scottish cheat in the final.
i know williams will deffo win this last frame now i've said this, but i got on bingtao £5e/w for the whole thing at 16/1 about an hour ago. and he's now sitting at 6/1
No way is Yan only 22. The kid plays like a veteran.
I can't look at Yan Bingtao without thinking back to his nonplussed face as Rob Walker invasively opened his fridge/peered under his sofa.
