I'd be tempted if I didn't need two TOTS and it wasn't such a rip off. Even if I could I'm not sure I would.
I'll have three packs to open when I finish Rousillon, so if I get lucky enough to get a walkout from one of those or another Player Pick the it still might be ON!
Also I was doing some league SBCs yesterday (Ligue 1 and Championship). Managed to get a TOTS Palhinha from a small prime electrum players pack and a League SBC completion pack finally came good. From the Championship came Aguero, Laporte, Depay and Tagliafico from the 81+ 7 pack. It's not amazing considering TOTS but 2 walkouts and 2 boards is nice.
I've got my eye on getting enough from bronze packs to get one of those 81+ x7 packs. Look tasty.
I bought Sancho yesterday and am considering using up the last of what I've got in the club to get Zagadou. Looks great now and with the upgrade could be mega
Rousillon in, which is lovely as I now have two pacey players either side of Manolas.
Whether to enter weekend league is now the question.

Nice to see something different to Angellino, Baku and Andre Silva, but it's just not great to me. So off he went into the TOTS Guarantee. I was just hoping to see something that'd fit into my team and I did:
Because I've got him I don't think I'll be doing Lazaro or Zagadou. I now have Mbabu, Bender, TOTS Davies, TOTS Tapsoba, TOTS Baku and Zambrotta to fill out my defence. I'm sure there's also someone I'm forgetting. I'd still maybe have ticked off Lazaro but 1. I now have no rare golds in the club at all and 2. His price now is nearly double what he came out for.
The big pull does now lead me right into a full Bundesliga team, so I've sold Vazquez, who was incredible but I now have 920k to hand. I'd like to get Muller and Sabitzer in. The latters card especially looks crazy for how cheap it is. Kimmich is also very much in play here too. I am probably a striker short for my team though so maybe he can wait. For this reason also I am also letting WAMAN! go without completing him. I was really hoping TOTY Lewandowski might have stayed under 1m to pick him up, but unfortunately he's rebounded out to 1.2m.
I could also look to bring an Icon in. Which is also very tempting.

Sabitzer? Yeah, my standards are low at the moment. Was just relieved it wasn't Angelino or the Portuguese.
On Lazaro, I came up against him earlier. Awesome card.
Lazaro is genuinely amazing. Put him up top in the Roussillon objective mode and he scored pretty much every goal. Outshone all of my Bundesliga strikers.
Best moment was him nodding in at the back post (from a cross from my LB) with the last touch of the game, sealing a 4-3 win with his 4th goal.
Along with Lazaro, I've just completed the Tapsoba SBC (he's too good not to) and that's left me with a bit of a dilemma for the team for WL. I feel like I have to get both of them in, so that probably means a reshuffle of the La Liga side, and it may mean I have to start the game in a 5-2-1-2...
He does look really good but the last thing I currently need are more RBs. I had to leave for work for 1 anyway so the die was cast then.
I don't have anything to put into these SBCs either so it'd be all coins. I think I'd prefer to save to upgrade other areas of the team.

Went hard today for Kimmich/Goretzka but failed. Got a few walkouts from PP's in Koulibaly, Verratti and Suarez but no TOTS sadly.
Lozano, with WF upgrade, looks bonkers.
That Fred is going to be awesome. 83 and 84 squad.

Also, I played with Lozano a bit in SB for Caicedo and he's going to be a real problem online. He feels faster than any other 99 speed player I've used and his shooting is brilliant. I was messing about with the directional nutmegs (these have to be nerfed to fuck next year) against the AI and I'm not good at them but he was gone every time.
If you come up against one of those pricks in Rivals or WL that spams the nutmegs and/or through balls it's going to be hell.
Think I'm done with this again.
Played enough to know the no transfer market game will be very good, but need a proper break between now and the next version to really want to play it again.
Shame to see you out so soon again Yev. But as a guy that only tends to buy every other year, I get the need for the long break.

I'm thinking of holding out now before buying anyone or even not playing WL at all. There's a trend of cards from the recently left TOTS going up over that weekend as it's most peoples first chance of trying them out, then they tend to sell to use the shiny new teams cards the next week.
Aside from Zambrotta I have a full Bundesliga side, so Serie A cards would be for my bench only really.
I have Kimmich TOTS/Y, Muller and Coman on my shopping list.
With only 900k to hand for now it wont be so easy, but there's also the Icon market. Prime Henry is there as well as the mid/baby Puskas. Of the other big time strikers, PIM Stoichkov is available there, however the 2 big ones I'd really want in PIM Torres and TOTY Lewa are sat at 1.2m.
I'll have Vidal paired up with Barella (when I get him) then Dybala/Palacio/C. Ronaldo. Saicedo + Tonali knocking about too.
Is it me or are the prices really low at the moment for the Serie A TOTS? Only Ronaldo and Mertens over 1m
I didnt do Vidal which is what pushed me to Radja as he is another like Vidal and Renato. They have something about them in game. Makes sense why you werent feeling it as you have the Chilean version.

I've gone Andre Silva to glory for one weekend only. Lined up originally with Nkunku and Amiri in the team too, but the first 2 games showed me that it wasn't working even though I won.
Settled on this which is much better in game. You can really see where future upgrades will slot in though.
I'd like to tick off that Olmo card to add in as he looks fun. So far I'm 6-1. The 1 was someone who had TOTS Sabitzer and he ended up with a 10 match rating despite not scoring or assisting so you can tell how that game went.
Immobile looks nice.
The upgrades are out and are a disgrace. 80+ picks up to 9 rares. No thanks.
I'm going to save my golds this week then.

Weekend league has been extended for anyone who qualified. Makes the rest of my games easier.
Ended up packing Beradi twice untradeable yesterday one of them went into Lozano. He is rapid. Its nuts.
He feels faster than any other 99 (natural or chem boosted) speed player I've used.
