Annoyed I didn't do the Rigoni SBC as he looks nailed on.
In terms of who I am up for this week, IF Rooney, SIF Young and De Gea (any version) are all options if they appear. As for TOTGS, Ben Yedder will definitely be being purchased if he gets an 84+ card and Kimmich would take some turning down.
As for the next normal card target, Suarez is up next, but going to wait for his price for a clean card to drop a bit and try and shift some consumables etc in the meantime. I'm back up to 1800+ players again, so could also really do with Futbins player BIN valuation tool coming back.

Thinking of trying out the 4-2-3-1 narrow formation as I'm not liking the 4-3-1-2.
Would mean that I give up on Pogba as I feel that Hero Eriksen would work a hell of a lot better as the central CAM with Martial and IF Son taking the slightly wider CAM spots.

Depends on where and how you're playing with him.
If you're using him as a CM then he's completely wasted.

New No loss glitch apparently and Krasi was caught up in it. He was banned but seems to have been unbanned right now.
Also looks like Ovvy might be involved too as he wasn't coming close to the top 100 and now is going 40-0.
I've tried him for a few days now and testing has been good. Not much to say as every time he gets on the ball, he is clean through on goal and double tapping square with any player is an easy finish. There isn't any stat for it but i feel his touches per goal ratio is super high.
Also legendary difficulty does not feel any different to world class now. I remember when FIFA first came out and i played on legendary. It was unplayable. I still have difficulty defending against the AI, especially when they do one-touch passing on the edge of my box. Show me a man who can defend against that.
Just played 7 SB games with this (81 Young though):
Started well with 5 wins but then I lost the last two. It feels a little better than 4-3-2-1 defensively but there's something not quite right about with it when attacking as I really don't feel like it plays to my strengths. I was playing against HIGH fucking pressure teams though so 5 wins for me in those isn't too bad.
Think I might go back to 4-3-2-1 but that would mean selling Eriksen who is absolutely brilliant in the CAM role plus I also feel that Son is wasted when he's pushed too far out wide.

Only played one game with Bale and Suarez. Instantly loved the former, but the latter felt really sluggish. Only 1 game and I normally need about 10 with a player to know for definite, but it's odd as I loved his SBC card in FIFA17. I've now whacked an Engine on him to see if that helps.

Decided to sell Suarez overnight as in the excitement yesterday I'd completely forgotten about TotGS and I'll definitely be getting an upgraded Ben Yedder if he gets one.
Bale is awesome. Much better than Messi, at least for squad battles gameplay anyway.
I havent played with messi yet, but given my play style. I think he would be pretty ineffective. As a forward, I need strong players before pace.
The problem with him is that his strength's already so low that when you factor in whatever wankery is applied to your players when you play squad battles on legendary, he becomes borderline unusable when he's in anything other than a decent amount of space. I thought an Architect card might fix it, but it didn't.
An 84 Ben Yedder is appearing in all of the TotGS predictions.
I binned Suarez off pretty quickly, but him aside (it was too early to judge) Ben Yedder's normal card is better than any other striker's I've used.

Bought Pogba for 532k
Just played two quick legendary squad battle games and Pogba is brilliant. I've been changing my mind in the last few days about if I should bring him in or someone else (was going to bring in 85 Blanc had Salah been in the TOTGS) and I'm so glad that I bit the bullet.
He's pretty much perfect for my style and exactly what my team needed. His defensive stats look shit but his pace (hunter card), strength and height make up for it. He's effectively a brick wall but he provides so much going forward. He only had 2 assists in the 2 matches but he created another 3 or 4 that I should have finished. 91 stamina too so he'll just keep on going.
I really hope that some of my OTW/PTG investments (looking at you Salah, James, Walker, Douglas and Sane) get some IFs quickly as I'd really like to get that 85 Blanc in there in place of Bakayoko.
Edit: Oh and Son is on 7 (loyalty and manager) and he's still fucking lethal. I'd say more so in this formation as I've been cutting in a lot more with him and Martial.
Opening several bronze and silver packs. Managed to gather 4 players between Ipswich and middlesbrough which was nice. I already had one at my club From the packs, i got an IF mahrez and sold the other two championship players for 8k. Nice.

Bought in SIF Young, IF Rooney and TotGS Ben Yedder too.
Ended up fucking about and missing them. I had all my coins out on bids any by the time I remembered to check they were gone.
