I don't think it will last much longer now. I suppose the takedown of the midget assassin was supposed to be Cooper coming to the surface (although I don't remember Coop ever displaying lightening fast, hand-to-hand combat skills at any point prior to this

) and now that Evil Coop is, presumably, dead I imagine that might somehow facilitate his actual comeback.
The last episode feels like a sort of mid-point for the season as well, I suppose. Throw that hour of absolute madness into the middle of it and then move the story on a bit. I need Cooper back in Twin Peaks, interacting with the older characters.
What were your thoughts about episode eight, by the way? I need to rewatch it, but it was definitely something. I've very little idea about what was going on. Something to do with the origins of BOB was as close as I could get? But I could be completely off the mark. I don't know if it really matters to be honest. It was quite a spectacle regardless.
