That album is growing on me more with every listen. I think the track with Schoolboy is my current favourite, as well.

2 listens in so far and I've mixed feelings but there's definitely a lot to enjoy and some tracks that I'll play a lot. Feels another well crafted album and I always like artists that appreciate the album as a format.

Loved it on first listen. The last 3 or 4 tracks are amazing. Can't wait to get home to listen to it again.
Having delved deeper into it, FEAR. is top 5 Kendrick.
It's proper, proper dull. Humble is the only song I like because it sounds like he's having fun.

I've listened quite a few times now and I'd say half of the album is rather forgettable. Its all good, and at moments its incredible, but I guess it was always going to be difficult to follow up GKMC and TPAB. The middle bit on XXX. is brilliant, then DNA. and DUCKWORTH. are probably the next best. Its quite tricky to pick out single tracks, though, given the amount of beat switches.

As has been mentioned, DNA. is incredible. That last verse is the best I've heard in ages. That blown out bass is perfect.

Him and Jay Electronica both, neither of them can concentrate long enough to write more than a handful of verses a year because they get distracted and spend the rest of their time trying to think of ways they can get her back in the sack. Common seems to have escaped, they should both look to him for guidance.
