In the final I'd love to see Amanda win but I think that Tatiana will have too much about her. Andrew Sanchez all the way in the male final though.

He apparently hired a nutritionist earlier in the year but either he was cheating or it just wasn't working because too much weight was left to cut. He missed by .25 of a pound yesterday. He looked like a stiff wind could have killed him.
He's been cutting so much for so long and his body just isn't having it anymore.

A knee to the top of the head is one of the most painful things I've ever experienced, I just can't imagine how much that will have hurt.
