I don't think so. Certain scenes take hold at Certain times and people fall into them. You get early and late adopters. Emo being the obvious example, there were many emo's in their late teens, but there were also tween Emo's and tragic adult Emo's.
Those same people then went on to become hipsters, and it all seems to have died with them, because there doesn't seem to be any kind of counter-culture these days. You're either a normie, a woke left fucktard or a right wing conspiracy theory nut job.
Swifties are the closest we have to any kind of sub-culture as far as I can see, but I might just be old and unable to see what's down wiv da kidz.
