I know they 'relaxed' the interpretation that led to any minor contact with a hand in the previous 5 minutes disallowing a goal [Firmino v Spurs] but it seems a bit of a stretch to say his hand is in a natural position there and he hasn't gained an advantage, even if he squares it.
