I'm actually starting to like Twitter. Better late than never.
Moving on. If Suarez becomes the top goalscorer in Spain (currently at 23 according to BBC but not sure if tonights has updated), that will be the Eredivisie, Premier League and La Liga as well as the top goalscorer in Uruguay's history...is that a first?
I'd imagine it's a definite. I couldn't even see any other Uruguayan record scorer having even played in those three leagues.

Who are the worst, most negative team left in the Champ'ion Sleague? Barcelona going out to them would be 2012 beautiful.

Gent, Zenit, PSV, Kyiv.

Juventus are probably the only team in it, including Barcelona themselves, good at defending.

Are they actually good at defending, or is it just still the case that nobody can get at them? The 'Pep' teams (Bayern as well) and Spain were always a shambles whenever somebody got near their goal.

Accept it was a foul on Ozil in the lead up to the pen. But why don't you think it was a pen when there was contact?
There would be a lot of penalties if we gave them just for 'contact'.
Shame, Ramsay's six rolls afterwards would have been quite entertaining.

Spain conceded about one goal in about a zillion games, going back to their less possession based times.
Spain of 2010 is probably the most boring good team ever to have existed.

Barcelona? They're open as anything once you get into them. I actually think they're taking the piss a bit too much this time, and we're due for some dogged fuckers with their name on the trophy to come through and win it after three straight bore-offs from 2013.
Those Simpson yellows are pretty harsh in my opinion.
Vardy 'dived'. I thought Mahrez's was a better claim actually.

Spain had a bit of talent about them too, so did produce some decent stuff. Any team associated with Boreinho.
Hiddink to lead Chelsea to another Champion's League final. Both of the ones they've had so far have been in otherwise abject seasons so there's some precedent for it.
Either that or pumped out on double digit aggregate defeat to PSG.

This is moments before a Chelsea player whomps it downfield for Torres to make it 2-2, every player on the pitch is in shot except for Torres and the two goalkeepers.

Four year intervals too, even going back to our run to the semis in 2004 and our inaugural effort in 2000. It's written in the stars. John 'JT' Terry's last game for the club

Danny Murphy is a shithouse too.
Is Sherwood still claiming he built a good team?

Loved that game. Barcelona rolling it about trying to pull Chelsea out of shape and pick holes and finding absolutely nothing for minutes and minutes and minutes.
Glorious stuff.
That's Leicester next year that.
Not really, we'll be top seeds as champions of England.

Boca are seriously shit at the moment, currently playing like when FM decides you are just shit. 15 shots off target and 1 on target in that first half and just can't defend at all.
Arrubarrena will probably get sacked.

I think we'd established that a long time ago. I can't imagine a full game covered by him - I've only ever seen goals and major incidents, where he takes every opportunity to shoehorn in his pre-scripted stuff.

Oddschecker is suggesting to me that I put on a treble of 'Leicester to win the title', 'Villa to be relegated' and 'Villa to avoid relegation' where a £10 stake wins £1387.20. Tempting.....
Another clean sheet for big Fraser.
It's a shame the football is a bit crap at the moment but basically only playing with two attacking players is really effective for us.

They have been. We've gained two points more than villa in the last 12 games and we're still 5th.
I think the fact that you're 6th is incredible as I had assumed you were quite average this season.
We where terrible up to Christmas, then five wins and a draw in six has really pushed us up the table. Would be good to get Europa again.
Since Mourinho left Chelsea have the third best form in the league, and they've only won four out of those ten. Spurs are the only side racking up wins consistently so far this year.

What a fucking man. 13 minutes into his season. That's it - that's the big moment in the title winning narrative, there always has to be one. Leicester have had about 5 of the fucking things, but we might just have had the only one so far that matters.
Still fancy Leicester to do it, mind.

Rumour has it they're going to field some sort of reserves of the reserves XI in the FA Cup, featuring the likes of Mike and Nicky Summerbee, Garry Cook, whichever one of the Gallagher brothers it is that always turns up at games, and Shaun Goater.

Looks like Serge Aurier is in a bit of trouble at PSG:
PSG coach Laurent Blanc slams Serge Aurier over outburst
Paris Saint-Germain coach Laurent Blanc says he reacted "very badly" after Serge Aurier's social media outburst against him and some of the defender's team-mates.
Aurier has been suspended by the club and will not face Chelsea in the Champions League on Tuesday after a video emerged online in which he allegedly directed homophobic slurs at a number of club figures, including Blanc.
The 23-year-old, who has made 24 appearances for the club this season, also appeared to abuse team-mates including Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Salvatore Sirigu, Gregory van der Wiel and Angel Di Maria.
In short: he called Laurent Blanc a 'faggot', replied 'he takes it all' when asked if Blanc sucks Ibrahimovic's dick, said Gregory van der Wiel is 'wetter than water', called Sirigu 'rubbish', di Maria a 'clown' and then said something about Cavani's goalscoring prowess.
I bet this has gone down well with his team mates.
