I've no idea why clubs at City's (supposed) level bother with super expensive youngsters. Better off buying them for more when you find out they are actually good, rather than have them (most likely) fail to progress because of limited opportunities. Nope, I think he's very good too and the link to Real Madrid suggests it's not an uncommon opinion.

That said, I value the mags opinions above others when it comes to Sissoko, and their overriding feeling seems to be that he doesn't turn up enough.

I don't think many people will doubt that at his best he's a bit of a beast.

If everyone is really fit and ready to play, then Marchisio regista, Khedira and Matuidi on the outside and Pjanic behind the strikers.

In a 3-5-2, it will be Pjanic as regista, with Khedira and Matuidi outside. I can see us playing this system until Marchisio comes back.

Let's not discount Lemina either, he's probably going to be as good as Matuidi with one more year of experience.
