The results of a lot of polls I have read indicate a huge skew towards women, which suggests that I (perhaps understandably) don't talk to enough women in my day to day life, or that INSTITUTIONAL SEXISM is real. That isn't to say women are right, but I found it interesting.
The most telling one was when 'the public' wanted beauty and nail bars open before pubs and restaurants.
And where's the 10pm curfew question gone?
Social distancing in pubs and restaurants? O rly? Maybe you are willing to pay more for the reduced capacity?

As someone who works with SCIENTISTS every day I have to agree with all of them being a bunch of charlatans. At least the ones on universities, many private sector ones are alright. The beauty of being judged by results and not by, well, after a few years, nothing.

So my chest tremors are reducing, however for the past 3 days I've had searing pressure in my face and forehead. It's not banging just constant pressure. Far worse than my covid concussion headache. Nightmare.

A load of the government had a party recently to celebrate some yank ex minister getting a cushy envoy gig (whole other sorry story), and now that theres questions theyve trotted out the attorney general to tell us all that we were allowed to have gatherings of 200 all along and we just didnt know. Despite anything even near that number for joe public not being allowed. And theyll get away with it too. What a country.
Stage 4 lockdown is doing it's job we might be in the clear next week. The contact tracing is also going a phenomenal job.
Edit: My brother works for a freight company and they are offering everyone $100 to get the jab before vaccine passports are mandatory for the industry. All the God bothering Polynesian fellas are happy to walk away from a very well paid job because they are strong anti-vax. RIP
