I shall be buying a Subway sandwich on Saturday afternoon with the intent to keep it in my fridge, and then take it on a train on Sunday morning and eat it at about midday.
Considering the sog factor, what is the best possible sandwich to get? Mention bread, main ingredients, salad and sauce.

Whatever you get, just ask them to put the sauce between the meat and the salad so it isn't in direct contact with the bread.

Steak with peppers and red onion, on who-cares bread. If you must have a sauce, whatever the tomatoey ones are.
Any of the white/yellow/orange sauces will turn into a fatty mess in the fridge.

Never used to be a fan of whole fish but I'm big into it now.
Had tilapia today with roasted beetroot (hated it for most of my life but I was recently converted), tenderstem broccoli, turnips and rice.
Absolutely incredible and so little effort.
Fish, beetroot...you begin to move your considerably sized arse and suddenly the body begins to awaken. It's beautiful to witness.
