The Ministry of Defence has launched an investigation after emails containing classified information were sent to a close ally of Russia in a typing error.

"2 years off anti-depressants" is a stupid, arbitrary rule which won't remotely achieve the intended goal.

Someone who has been on an anti-depressant for 10 years with no recurrence of their symptoms is likely to be perfectly fine in such a role. Someone with untreated significant depression is not. What this policy does is encourages someone who has mental health problems but who wants to join the police to conceal it and not get treatment. It's idiotic.
