Freedom of movement doesn't mean unmanaged immigration. Actually speak to people who are non-eu citizens and ask them the challenge to live in the UK permanently (it's expensive, time consuming and not at all easy).

Is this Italian coalition even far-right? It's not like they're opposed to democracy and other than the "no gays" thing from one of the parties involved, the main policies are pretty much Tory: chop the top tax rate, Eurosceptic, cut immigration (until the economy tanks, necessitating a U-turn) amongst other usual nationalist and populist policies that are commonplace.
Or is "no gays" the difference between small-c conservatism and the far-right now? I won't argue with anyone who says yes.

France must be covered in war cemeteries. We went to one near Le Touquet as we were passing and it was massive. Pretty much exclusively American and British too. I imagine all the French graves are in the South where they all fled to.
I also went to Omaha Beach, where someone had spray-painted 'GAME OVER KRAUTS' onto one of the machine gun bunkers on the bluff. Truly a touching memorial.
