Yeah, that’s what I used to turn the results around. I tweaked the settings on the full backs and midfielders though. Had to change it up depending on who I’m playing though as think the AI finally caught onto it. 4–1-2-1-2 diamond seems pretty overpowered again this year against really average teams.
The Southampton young players are ridiculously good very quickly. Bazuna, Lavia, Livramento, Mara and Bella-Kotchup all could play for any team in the league now. Unfortunately the latter has now moved on but the core are still there.
Edit: Idk how to link tactics or whatever but it's the above one but with everyone other than the Mezzala and Inside Forward on short passing/take fewer risks. CDM is to hold position and everyone is to shoot less often unless not allowed to change up.

Seems like gegenpress is still going to be the way to go. Mine wasnt downloaded but has a lot of the same instructions.
Also to add to this, and it may be pretty obvious, but, I always change the front 3 with half an hour to go with pacey players and just hit on the break time and time again. I done it against Lazio in the Europa League after 75 mins accidentally as wasn’t paying attention and we scored 4 goals and had over 3.5XG in that time period. We've been bumped up into the Europa League for some reason but I have no idea why. Plus 5th place now in CL.
Chelsea won the Champions League, Arsenal the Europa and United the Conference (English dominance in full swing).
Perhaps Milan have failed FFP?
If you are in 2024 or whenever the new CL starts it will be that as it's based on how many points accumulated from previous years.

I've decided to do a journeyman save, i'm cheating a bit by using the in-game editor to increase my Adaptability to 10 just so i get jobs, but leaving everything else as 0 badges/semi pro etc.

The 27 leagues I loaded to start in Indonesia was a bit too much for mine it turned out. I'm at Norwich in a new save now, but I think when I go Journeyman again I'll take advantage of the add/remove leagues feature as I work my way up.
