I was thinking of Gelsen Fernandes but he's Swiss, despite the name, heritage and birthplace.
Hugo Porifirio must've got one for Forest or West Ham
Cedric Soares
Bebe
How about that supposed wonderkid who was utter shite for Swansea?
Ruben Vinagre
Ivan Caveleiro
I'm sure there were a load of United fans who were absolutely crushed when we didn't sign him.
Renato was good for Benfica tho.
He now plays for Lille, bless him, which is only one step from a shotgun behind the cattle shed.
Haven't they got another dynamic young midfielder everyone is lining up to pay a fortune for?
Did Quaresma score for Chelsea?
Nuno Gomes
Abel Xavier
Nelson Oliveira
Ricardo Rocha
Jorge Cadete
Silvio Varela
Jose Dominguez
Joao Mario
Nuno Valente

Paulo Futre
No goals for Quaresma, and Nuno Gomes only scored in the Championship.
I'm going to assume you meant Silvestre Varela there John, who did manage a goal on loan at West Brom. Updated list below:

Only 5 players left to get. The clubs that they scored for are as follows:
4 - (Leeds United)
2 - (Wolverhampton Wanderers)
1 - (Newcastle United)
1 - (Watford)
1 - (Fulham)
Ruben Vinagra
Pedro Neto
Isn't Vinagre French? Apparently not.
I can only think of one other Newcastle Portuguese player and it is certainly not Pedro Dimas.
OH, HELDER. I forgot we had him on loan.
Orlando Sa.
Seeing as how I like to obsess over one or two particularly obscure entries in these, I'd moved on from Porifirio to trying to think of 'the other flighty midget winger that played in the north' and you've simultaneously crushed me by getting in before me, and relieved me of the biggest obstacle to me working productively today.
I only got him via my weird ability to rattle off a selection of players from teams in certain eras, should even one of them come to mind. Hasselbaink, Batty, Sharpe (?), Speed, Strachan, Radebe, Ribeiro, Wallace. I have no idea if they were even all there at the same time but those names flowed off the fingertips for 97/98 Leeds.
It's because I obsessively used to look at team sheets/programme squad lists/CM squad lists as a nipper and they've all burned into my brain.
I think that's precisely it for me, informed by scouring the Rothmans, PFA Player Index, the Match Magazine player ratings and match reports and CM2/3 etc.
I'll take those Leeds players and add Mark Pemberton, David Weatherall, Andy Gray, Nigel Worthington and Gary Kelly that come to mind immediately!
Domingos Quina, 2027 champions league winner for my Braga side.
Well done everyone, good effort - I think that's the first list completed without any clues other than the clubs they played for. Full list of Portuguese goalscorers below:

I'm surprised there were so few, actually.
Let's try an even shorter list this time then - name all of the 32 Nigerians to have scored in the Premier League.
