Didn't Biden actually win by quite a large margin last time? And whilst Trump's subsequent travails have led his base to double down, the vast swathes of not mental Americans aren't going to vote for him. Also, despite everything isn't America doing really well economically, so it feels like the stimulus for chaotic change is perhaps lessened.
