There was a piece the other day showing the minutes he has played, both in recent years and career wise. He's already played more games than an average retiring 35 year old would have.

I've tried to maintain (and feel like I largely have) a level of patience with Marsch at Leeds. And I certainly don't bear him any ill will, I can't fault his enthusiasm or his commitment and he seems like a nice bloke. But I think it's time for a change now.
