They approached the game pretty well I thought, but the lack of concentration and mental errors in the last 15 mins were dreadful. Two midfielders with thicko challenges getting themselves on yellows could be crucial as well.

You are probably right, if someone had taken the seismic step to boycott [someone told me Norway would have had they qualified] then I'm sure they would have been followed, but it's obviously very difficult thing to do on your own, particularly if you think you might win it.
