I have always thought (and still maintain) that keepers who guess are always the worse at stopping penalties. You have to force the kicker to take risks.

Would have been very doubtful Spain could have beaten England anyway, but Morocco haven’t a prayer which is the main disappointment for everyone else.
The only 2 teams they wouldn’t smash are Brazil and France and even then I think they beat the latter comfortably.

Is anyone else really enjoying having the World Cup in the winter? I think I prefer having it now to having it in the summer.
I'd give us very little chance of beating Brazil in a World Cup Final, but I have a sneaking suspicion that won't go away that we might just do France.
England have a very good team. They’ve finished Semi Finalists and Runners Up the last two tournament. I think France should and will win on Saturday because their team is just better and Mbappe just looks like he’s in that type of tournament mood where nobody can stop him.
Aside from that though, England have been the best team overall so far. Even if they do go back to their old ways and play defensive, it’s not exactly a bad ploy as they’re good at it. They have the 2nd best overall squad so I’m not sure why it’s such an outlandish thing to say they’ll win it all if they get past France.
Definitely not a fan boy though. I hope France score 12 and have Lewis crying about black people ruining his day.
