I'll chuck a tenner in.
I'll chuck a tenner in.
The actual war is not my concern, but the UK politics ramifications are becoming quite fasincating: https://twitter.com/NatashaC/status/1719050862511718667
Have seen various calls for a Muslim party to be formed because Labour is not representing the views of Muslims. That sounds... yeah.
They’re not exactly helping the argument against the Jewish kabal arguments by sacking anyone who says that a ceasefire is good.
They're definitely not targeting civilians.
Netanyahu went out and quoted a bible verse saying that they needed to kill every man, woman, child, ox and sheep and then said he was taken out of context. Meanwhile Western Liberals are debating whether it's 75 or 90% of people who say 'From the river to the sea' are calling for the eradication of the Jewish people.
Jackson Hinkle is a lying charlatan. Take anything he posts with a grain of salt.
Paul Bristow, well done that man.
The West was always going to get itself into a mess with their championing of inclusivity and justice and all that melty shit once people became appropriately informed of their inner workings and the hypocrisy. Integration of muslims into UK society must have been sent back another 20 or so years after the events of the past couple weeks, there'll be kids in households now hearing their families berate the government and the West who will be shaped by it for decades. And the muslims being disillusioned is one thing but the way Suella and her sort are going, the majority of those under 50 will go the same way. A fabulous further breakdown in society.
Set back another twenty or so years, to minus-twenty years.
I'm talking about the coconutsobvs, not the principled dons.
If they don't like the West, they should leave it. They do like it, obvs, they just enjoy indignation and having something particular to gas about, like the jock nats, and the covid deniers, and me.
The coffee shop in the next village had an Israeli flag up for a few days only for it to be torn down and trampled during the night.
Aside from the Chinese family that runs the Chinese and the Turkish Don that runs the chippy, everyone in the village is 60+ and white. So, for my money, either the Chippy is fully FREE PALESTINE, or it was just some good old fashioned Far Right racism.
I bet it was the woman that knits the postbox woolly hats.

Or maybe someone came in from outside the village and did it.
When they picket the cenotaph stuff in a couple of weeks we'll have the culture war shitstorm to end them all.
Yeah, things are simmering nicely for now but there's about to be a scene somewhere.
That'll show 'em.
I reckon a large amount of professional politicians genuinely believe a unified half-Israeli half-Palestinian state could work.
It could.
I mean, you'd need the abandonment of religion, xenophobia and grudges over the murder of close family members, but fuck it, why not?
I was wondering how Hamza Choudhury is getting away with his consistent and unwavering support of not killing babies but looks like I'm in good company now.
Ironically that rat video will probably turn a load of animal rights lot against them, and they are fucking nuts.
I'm sure Ronald McDonald (shout out D'Angelo Barksdale) will be devastated that some of his young, poorly paid, very possibly Muslim staff in a London branch will have their shifts ruined by some cunts releasing rats into the place.
Am I reading this correctly... Labour suspended a member for saying "Until all people, Israelis and Palestinians, between the river and the sea can live in peaceful liberty.”. Seems harsh.
Apparently any mention of river and sea means you're advocating wiping out Jews.
It's a clumsy phrase to use, if you're that MP or whatever he is, because you know what it normally implies. You've given the referee a decision to make.
It doesn't imply what people say it does though.
Still silly to use it, because he knows everyone takes it that way, or he should do anyway. What does it imply?
Censoring oneself because a group of extremists have decided so. The true Western philosophy.
He was waving a Palestinian flag when when we won the FA Cup 2 years ago. Wonder what would happen if that happened today? David Baddiel would be calling for his public execution
You genuinely couldn't make this up:
https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/science-environment-67271688The president of the COP28 conference, Sultan Al Jaber, acknowledged the challenges he faces.
"We must find common ground, ensure consensus and resolve differences," he urged in his opening speech.
But Mr Al Jaber is himself a deeply divisive figure.
He is also the head of Adnoc, the UAE's state oil company and one of the largest oil producers in the world.
The former head, a British bloke called Alok Sharma took something like 40 flights a year when he was in charge, which if they are actually getting results is one thing, but they looked like useless hob-nobbing to me
Edit: 30 countries in 7 months, and continuously ignored COVID rules.

Indeed. Our efforts to solve this problem are absolutely pathetic.
Either Giggles is right and it's all just a money making exercise or they just don't care about any of this.
Incredible stuff. He's actually going to make this election a race.
I genuinely have no idea what any of these people are saying on the issue.
'The colour of peace is grey' is an unreal quote. Straight out of a Ianucci script. Love it.
Unfortunately for his detractors it'll go down fine where the votes matter, he doesn't need east London Muslims.
Israel have bombed a refugee camp now so it'll be interesting to see how our "now is not the time for a ceasefire" politicians justify this one.
Just an orphanage missing now to complete the card?
They could all get CEASE FIRE NOW tattooed across their arses and there still wouldn't be a cease fire, so it's more sensible just to ponce about for the benefit of domestic voters.
My mum's just said to me "I know it's not very PC, but when the Jews have been persecuted everywhere they've been and all through history you've got to wonder if they do something to deserve it"
I'm not really up on my Jew canon lore, but have they ever got on with another culture/society or has the whole 'gentile' thing sorted of blighted them from the get go?
They've been the only (major) people without a homeland, so until 1948 they're always outsiders everywhere they go.
The Soviet Union generously assigned them the Jewish Autonomous Oblast in 1928 but none of them fancied it.
Top bloke Stalin, got a bad rap.
