Nah, an All-American classic. Well, he might claim to be Italian, like half of Americans do. I don't know.

Pizzas over here are often bigger than a large dominos for example which probably accounts for some of the cost.

Good point. My wife and I order one pizza and mozarella sticks and get two dinners out of it.
