Benzos are the only mental health drug you might want access to. The others are all various shades of grim. Not to say they don't do a lot of good in the right circumstances but you wouldn't take any of the others for fun.
Anxiety is what would have got you some in the past but benzo prescribing has been cracked down on hard.

I would dispute that a blatant attempt to provoke members of the public, in order to draw attention to yourself, constitutes non-violent protest.
If everyone said 'Fair enough, they're making a good point!' and waited patiently behind the slow marchers, then they wouldn't gain any publicity. They only gain publicity when someone reacts. It's what they want.
They should just treat the wider organisation as a criminal enterprise and sanction their funding etc.
