If you're online and in the draft room then yes, you make the picks "live" and get to see who everyone else picks when they pick them.
If you go offline and your pick comes up it'll pick whoever is top of your pre-draft rankings (from players who have not been picked, of course).
And yea, if it comes to it, guess you have to boot him out.
The draft starts in an hour and 20 minutes(the earliest it will let me, sorry guys) if he doesn't show by then I'll cut it down to 8 and set play offs to 4 teams.

I'm tempted to make a team for him and let it auto draft. There's an option for me to keep the team/roster but remove the owner and transfer ownership to someone else. He'd at least not get fucked over, the draft starts on time and he'd be able to join without us having to redraft.

Once you're on the clock you have 2 minutes. So max time it can go is 300 minutes, but the earlier and later rounds should be quicker.
Well it's 2mins per pick, with 10 teams & 15 rounds that's about 5 hours if we drag every pick out

Well two of my mates have come up with a list of 24 recommendations for my picks. Once they've all gone I'm in uncharted territory and might spend two minutes panicking.

If he hasn't heard of Diggs he probably isn't the guy to ask.
He can disappear a bit but I like Diggs. He's one of those who are better in actual football than fantasy football though.
His first four games were bonkers though. 87 yards, 129 yards, 108 yards plus 1 TD and 95 yards with 1 TD.
He could be a useful pick if Bradford is good.
Diggs in the 14th round is by no means a bad pick.

Other than my own, the team I like is Welby's.
Yeah, I'm pretty happy with it - feeling good about the depth at WR & RB. The only problem is going to be picking the right players each week - I can see myself leaving loads of points on the bench most of the time.
There are quite a few solid teams there, I'd say - definitely not feeling all that confident in week one, even factoring in the name change.

I was set to draft someone else in the last round but had to go with a QB. Flacco against the Redskins at home (providing he's not injured) seemed like a good bet. Although the two auto draft teams (Mert and Bruh) beat me to the QB's I had ranked ahead of him in Carr and Winston.
I'm not convinced by his WRs. They're too streaky bar the top two, they can all go missing in games.
Top 2 is all you need, to be fair.

I think that was solid from almost everyone to be fair. Many times the pick I had queued up went right before me so we were on the same page.
From the pre-draft rankings, to the smooth draft webpage and then the awesome summary I've just been emailed, it's safe to say that Fantasy NFL is streets ahead of anything proper football has to offer. Good on the NFL. And thanks for letting me play.
