The quest for a perfect qualy run was ruined in injury time of the last game. Put Carrasco and Flashback Greaseman back in to try the former out. Jury is still out for me.
It seems the red picks are split into two groups. Of the 15 EPL cards, the 7 you're going to be seeing are Rice, Rodri, Trent, Alisson, Silva, Penandes and Dias. So far all the rewards I've seen are just those guys. If you're very lucky you'll end up with one of the others as a selection.
I've also just noticed Gomez only has 3 days left and Kane 6. A bit shady they don't give you longer. But I suppose if we get upgrade packs next week they could be grinded easier.

I've really liked what I've seen from Dias tbf. He may not have the pace of Goe Jomez but he does not lose a tackle he goes into.
After finishing De Gea off last night I finished just a few hundred points off Elite squad battles, but did get the Gold 1 pick. I had hoped to see Timber, but got offered a dupe red Caquaret or Adeyemi, so I chose the latter. Looks a tidy player and I could link him in using Lahm. Not sure now is the time for that though.

Tough break in the EPL cup. Lost one on pens and then faced someone with 3 EPL reds which I’m sure means they’re rank 1. Got battered in that one.
Also made a start in WL. 6-1 so far with the defeat being a 9-1 loss. Funny thing about that game was the xG was 6.4-5.4. Just did not get the rub of the green.
Only really care about 11 wins though so I’ll plod on later tonight.

Him and Bernardo were my realistic/would be happy with options. It was Bruno or Jota in my second pick and I know coin wise Jota is the call but that wasnt happening
Gameplay was atrocious for me today. Glad I got the three and I am done.
If I get to 11 wins I'm 100% taking any Liverpool player that comes up. Because someone like KDB or Ronny in the pick is just not happening.

They're not far off the same card, though Gomez lacks physically compared to Laporte.

So I've rinsed through all of the non-upgrade SBC's available, packed a couple of TOTS, was having fun, but have now hit a wall when I realised the next thing I needed to do was actually play this piece of shit. Shame.
No tots cards in all of the picks I smashed. Did generate me the fat man and the 83+ x5 for free, but that didn’t yield me too much back either.

I looked at the objectives and realised I had to score in 12 (twelve, twelve, TWELVE!) separate matches with a Championship player to get a single token. It's May and that can fuck right off. Sometimes one has to make a stand.
I think they are expecting people to hammer SB's this week for the prem tots.
Though doing it in friendlies and having someone quit is something I saw online.

Began the evening 6-1. Gameplay was very tough to move the ball quickly, as such it took a couple of early losses to adjust. Found myself 8-3 before long. Then went on something of a win streak and got to 11-3. 6 games left just needing to win half. Won my first with ease but then came 2 skilling dickheads back to back. I quit out of one but the other got a lucky bounce from my tackling a skill move at the death. Put him right through. I then lost in extra time to leave the dream hanging.
Next game I went 4-0 up. No problem, only he didn’t quit. He made it 4-4 and big Fat Boy came off the bench to bully his way through on goal and win me it.
Last game up and another skiller. He went 1-0 up immediately. I went fuck it and went constant pressure. End of a long session and I cba. But it worked. They guy was 3-1 down before he adjusted and I nicked a 4th to end it inside 30 mins.

I was so torn on the first, Alisson is my favourite player, but I figured he might pop up again. Took Trent. The 2nd set saw me take value of the two CMs. Could easily have chosen either but took Silva.
Packed TOTS Rice in the packs but bout else and then the 3 x TOTS pack.

That pack at the end is 1m coins right there. That last win was massive. But Cancelo can join the Dias and Silva I have for the Perfect trio of doom.
He is a massive upgrade on Mendes and the defence in general with Dias, but it leaves Mbappe a bit frozen out. I’ll have to figure it out later.
