Loaded up with Japanese filtered black coffee cans, noodles, 1kg of Shabu Shabu beef and vegetables.

With so much time to spare Ive popped into the pub (closes at 6pm for 3 days) for a couple of phone beers before I head home.

And all those spastics are still lining up either to get in or lining up to leave.

You can probably get it in some sort of specialty supermarket for £2 a can, or in one of those cornershops time forgot.

Without wanting to cast aspersions on the old barbwire, anyone ordering this should probably just be culled.

Didn't hear any clapping here, either. And last time round we had pots and pans, fireworks, airhorns, the lot. I thought Boca v River Plate was going on in my drive.

I didn't clap the first time, I'm definitely not doing it this time. Empty gestures aren't really my thing.

I never heard it the first time either. Saw a newspaper headline in the shop earlier in the week saying "The Clap's Back!" and thought Sincere must have visited Scotland recently.

There is an off licence nearby called 'Booze Brothers' that claims to stock almost all the varieties of drink under the sun so I might make an essential journey to investigate.

I've been automatically signed up for another test on the 18th, so I'm going for what must be a world record 7th negative COVID test.

I love those places. I saw some Carling Premier in a corner shop a few weeks ago - I hadn't seen it since my uni days over a decade ago.

All the people I'm consenting today are here for second doses so doesn't look like there's been any move to the one-for-all idea.

Studies starting to appear showing Pfizer vaccine effective against all current known variant strains.

    Because it tastes horrible.

I replace it's necessity with unreasonable amounts of cheese.

I've had to replace my Greek yoghurt with porridge to stave off hypothermia and I've adopted oat milk. Given taste is out the window as a factor, I'm yet to do the research to see if oat milk has any deficiencies/is liable to give you tits. Any views welcome.

In other COVID matters, my energy bill (electricity only) was up from £55 in December '19 to £95 last month and that's with me jewing it turning off heaters overnight and shit.

If I were in charge of a genocidal regime in the UK (and it's arguable that I should be), I think the first tranche of victims would be people who drink red-top milk.

Red top had better be skimmed in this universe (I have little understanding of the UK milk top system). Is it Blue, green, red?

We do Red (full fat, the colour of danger), blue, green here, which has always made more sense to me.

Red - Skimmed and therefore pointless
    Green - Semi-skimmed
Blue - Full Fat (sort of)

Blue is full fat, green semi, red full skimmed. Then there's a god-tier Gold top which is even better than the blue, and which I think can only be accessed with a secret password.

Full fat is definitely where it's at. I used to drink about 4 pints a day when I was a teenager. Delicious stuff.
