The workrate and the willingness to win the ball back ASAP is so good. Spain used to do it but there's much more urgency in the Italians going forward. If they play Spain, it'll be interesting to see who takes charge.
The Italian who goes down and gets up when they score is an absolute zero but Eden Hazard got exactly the same penalty against Arsenal a billion years ago and I've been mad about it once a month ever since.
Doku is actually the standout player for Belgium by some margin.
We could bore this Italian side to death. 1-0 final win and the whole of Europe seethes.
Also Immobile has been very bad for the second game in a row.
Kakkers is such a donkey.
Playing a half fit and knackered De Bruyne in a midfield 2 seems a bit bonkers
I have an irrational dislike of Belgium, so I hope they go out, here.
Might be because I simply can't stand Roberto Martinez.
Guido to grab Italy's third.
Donnurama way too cocky. Horrendous mistake to keep him in check plz.
Spinazzola missing the rest of the tournament is massive for Italy.
Especially as his backup is fucking Emerson.
There will be about 8 minutes injury time here. Ball has barely been in play since about 70:00.
That's a massive shame for Spinazzola. Wonderful player.
Donnarumma with some great acting.
That is not a free kick on the keeper, he got done by his own man. Only five added too, should be ten minimum.
Is Donnarumma fat or is he just hiding a skinny little bitch frame with baggy kit?
Belgium too old and too slow. Italy are good but I honestly can't wait for them to lose and cry.
Very strange from the Belgians near the end. It never felt like they went all out to try and get that equaliser and pissed about on the ball for too long.
That corner at the death was shocking too.
Lovely to see Belgium out. Nothing team, nothing nation.
The entire Italian squad breaching covid regulations. Fantastic.
I am 100% on the Spain train now. If that doesn't work it will have to be good old England who make them blub into their ravioli.
My blue nose father in law was holding out for Martinez to be announced as the new Everton manager so them going out and him probably leaving would have seriously had his hopes up, if they hadn’t already appointed the fat Spanish waiter.
I'm a twit
Dave will do a job on Insigne.
Spain will cut them open for fun, the only question is whether their array of donkeys can put the chances away. Italy will score 2 so Spain need 3 or more (no way they'll win on pens again).
Italy/Denmark final please.
Sancho apparently set to start the next game. Lol.
Only saw until about 70 minutes in the Italy game but I do like their all action high press style. Somewhat bizarre to see the Italians be one of the most attacking and exciting teams in a tournament.
Poor old Belgium. Has a pre-designated 'Golden Generation' every actually won anything? I feel Rui Costa's Portugal was the first to fail, then the England one, and now the Belgians (you'd have to think this would be it for them but I guess the World Cup isn't that far away). I suppose the Dutch of the 70s were the real originals, or the Hungarians from the 50s?
Is that another 2 wins for the team in white?
I'm glad the Swiss penalty-takers elected to go to shit yesterday rather than against France. Dear lord those were bad penalties.
And when Belgium had it, they were largely static or waiting for Doku to run and get tackled.
Jesus. Glad that never wound up on our terraces.
I'm also rewatching the England v Ukraine highlights from 2012. Mainly to see that goal they had disallowed. Yes, it crossed the line but he looks a yard offside. Also, they hammered us in that match.

It was it for Belgium as soon as they put Roberto Martinez in charge. I mean, what on earth were they thinking?
Apparently Denmark have conceded the fewest shots and have attempted the 2nd most behind Spain (who have one game more).

Not sure why the Czechs are even bothering here, not only have they lost the battle to be in white, they're not even in block colour.
That ball by Maehle was as good as you'll get. Not even with his strong foot.
That's an absolutely beautiful cross.
I was baited by the commentator on my feed then. I don't know why I trusted the info in the first place.
He's usually a right back for his club but I guess he's more adept at using his left foot than Stryger Larsen.
Absoutley seething that I didn't go large on them making the semis.
A reminder that Denmark tore us apart last year.
Czech Republic have started the second half on fire.
Denmark can't get the ball.
That lad is built for the Premier League. How did he manage to fail two Juventus medicals in this day and age?
