Isn't what Rooney has said fundamentally and demonstrably true anyway - in that these made up stories were only shared with one account which was in Vardy's name [and controlled by her and her minions]? So it's hard to see how even the fairly draconian British libel laws are going to be coming to her rescue here, even if she's managed to sink all the direct evidence in the North Sea [lol]. Circumstantial evidence and the balance of probabilities ftw. I don't know if any of the Vardy mob have given evidence yet but they are clearly going to be found to be unreliable at best.
