Whenever England play my next door neighbour asks what I thought of it.
“I don’t watch England” has been my answer everytime for the past 11 years, yet he still asks and then tells me his thoughts.
Brighton: £50m?? Well in, lads.
Chelsea: Pending results of The Operation
Leeds: Danj-Ames! Danj-Ames! Danj-Ames!
Liverpool: Because FM contract renewals are the best bit!
Manchester United: Ronaldo 1-0 (plus some other nobodies.)
The Villa: Young.
Tottenham: Levy will be delighted to keep Charlie Kane around.
West 'Am: Big Mark Noble's presence is like three new signings.
You didn't list [somebody else] Webly, you cunt.
If we don't talk about 'tiers' ever again it'll be too soon.

Yeah, that’s the only plus side this time around. At least there’s been a qualification match midweek/weekend/midweek. Better than two weeks without club football for a horrendous friendly or two on Thursday and Monday or something.
Regarding the 3pm blackout, it’s a load of shite. Scottish fans who are based in England who have paid for a season ticket can no longer live stream games of Cove Rangers or whoever they support if it’s a 3pm kick off. Obviously they can just get a VPN but still a load of toss
Sounds like Brazil FA have complained to FIFA that we didn’t release players to them despite what happened. They want FIFA to invoke a law that bans the player from playing for clubs, up to 5 days after the game.
So we will likely have no Alisson or Fabinho against Leeds.
Which Man U fans is it who:
- Don't go to the games
- Can afford Sky TV
- Care enough about Ronaldo's 2nd debut to have a massive cry that it isn't on live TV
Just that Goldberg guy with his stupid YouTube channel? Actually he's Australian, isn't he.
BIG CLUBS are going to be looking at this 5 day rule thing and thinking that maybe not having a player for a particular game but have them having 2 weeks rest and no travel is a worthwhile trade-off. Obviously requires the players to play ball. I suppose phantom injuries are the easier alternative though.
Yeah, the problem is that most players actually like playing internationals.
Nah, they will have that American keeper they picked up.
Even better
In before the inevitable climb down and they can play

Sad times.
This camera angle.
Bailey Peacock-Farrell just saved another penalty tonight. What a top lad.
I wish every match had this kind of atmosphere. EDIT: Harry, don't radge yourself out of the game.
Lovely bit of needle to this.
Walker really should have been making a bigger deal out of that pinch to his neck. Could have had the horrible cunt sent off.
And what do you know about being Polish you Ukrainian cunt muncher
OK, that was amazing.
Considering how shit he's been today I'm stunned that went in.
The 'keeper just fell over towards it.
That was nice. Shezzers feet fucked him there though.
Lewandowski hasn't turned up since that semi final against Real Madrid back in 2013. He's a walking advertisement for how poor the level of football in the Bundesliga is.
Fuck sake Pickford.
That's probably going to be in Pickford's head for weeks now.
Howay, Jordan.
It's a good job Kane managed one from range, because the rest of this game has looked like Arsene Wengers Arsenal post Thierry Henry, where every cunt just wants to pass because shooting is taboo. Shoot ffs.
The lack of substitutions is becoming a serious issue. Poland had changed half thier team by the 80th minute.
Won't have to hear Sam Matterface's voice for months now, so we're all winners here.
Even if he doesn't think it'll add to the team, substitutions can break the game up. We could've really used that in the last ten minutes.
Someone (Henry Winter) needs to take him to town. His in game management is atrocious.
'Haha yeah could have maybe made some subs...'
*nobody goes any further*
My main gripe is that his brand of football is the same whether we're playing Spain or San Marino. Tippy tappy possession football was completely pointless tonight and the number of counter attacks bottled in favour of holding the ball up and waiting for support was a joke.
We should have sacked him...
There's nobody around that excites me as a future England manager. You stick with Southgate until the results go south. At this rate, he might just leave after a decade.
I'd take Potter in a heartbeat.
Yevrah we genuinely scored one of the all-time great e-victories calling him shit in 2018. At least we'll have that as he wastes these players over the next three tournaments.
I can see him being in post for years and years yet, like Joachim Löw.
He will be there forever now. Doing some good things and then a load of other things that even a moronic five year old could spot are insane.
With the state of all the big international sides and the production line of talent at your disposal, odds are a major trophy is headed England's way soon. Really do need a deadly pandemic to wipe humanity out before then
Didn't watch the game, but just read that England, protecting a lead for the final 20 minutes made 0 substitutions.
I mean, there's not disrupting a "winning" team, and then there's no changing anything because your scared of pissing your pants.
Id love to see England under Angeball.
Just seen the table in that group. How have Poland been so shit that they’re behind Albania?
