Wonder if it's plausible that the electrics/ballast fail but the oxygen supply holds up for a few days. Probably the worst conceivable way to go.

Given it was going to see the Titanic it must be rated (or at least able) to go all the way to the bottom so I suppose that gives them a bit more of a chance but that relies on them staying in the same area. Imagine losing power or drive and then getting swept off into the deeps until it goes pop, that would be bad but probably better than three days gradually succumbing to billionaires farts.
