The main thing women footballers seem to lack over their male counterparts is anticipation. At this level, the quality is certainly there but everyone seems half a second off the pace. It was evident early doors, our keeper could have just ran out and scooped up the ball but didn't clock the pass so had to stay on her line and make a save, then almost straight after the ball was going out for a corner which could have been easily prevented had the defender set off in good time. It's like watching people play Pro Evo.
I just watched the highlights and this is spot on. The Swedish keepers reaction time / anticipation to the back heel was so slow.

Yeah it's madness, not sure what the club can do either. They can obviously not play him which seems like a good start but depending on the wording in his contract can they suspend him or terminate? Given the amount of sex offending footballers I imagine it takes a lot to breach a contract, Greenwood is still under contract isn't he?
