His pancrase thing v Suzuki was a bit a fun.
His pancrase thing v Suzuki was a bit a fun.
They had a match at Bloodsport too, in a ring with no ropes. Odd setup but very good, Suzuki did not seem to enjoy his chops.

Whoops I meant that one. The setup was a great visual and was obviously another reason to love Suzuki.
Lesnar/Reigns again. YESSSSSS.
JUST WHAT WE NEEDED.
Another Lesnar win or briefcase shenanigans surely, can't see Reigns walking out as champion after the terrible attempts at an underdog story.
He's just going to continue shoving it down your throats until you swallow. Throwing it back up only delays the inevitable.
Join us and truly complete your #trajectory.
Lesnar to win and overcome the cash in. He’s the greatest man in wrestling ever.
Start with the first G1 (July 14th) and go from there.
What about all the Okada/Omega mega wankathon matches?
That first one.
I'm a twit
Nothing wrong with going back and watching some of the big matches but you won't have any context for them (although if you do, definitely watch them in order), starting with the regular shows will give you a far better idea of what it's like.
Who's got the briefcase again?
Vince?
If you do want some extra background on some of NJPW then this guys videos are very good (yes he does have a weird voice, no they aren't on youtube).

Going purely by the title I really hope he's playing James Alexander-Gordon.
imagine my last post in all caps
I read that trailer as 35,000 Batistas. Also, another film that associates West Ham with ugly violence. Good.
Anyone watching this WOS stuff on ITV?
I'll be watching it later, I'm hoping it's good.
It was good/popular enough to make WWE start a UK division and have a UK title.
Bastard Tivo didn't record it.
Apparently there's a repeat at 10:50 in the morning though.
It was decent enough for a first episode. Ospreay was obviously the highlight (as he always is) but the Hendry/Kirby thing was odd. It's like their going to feud again but with opposite roles which I'd probably find strange given Hendry is much more suited to the heel role than Kirby is.
The production was a bit mad, camera cuts and replays every other second.
I thought it all seemed pretty amateurish but Ospreay was good. I stopped watching after that match though.
Wade Barrett should stay behind the commentary box though. Really can't take him seriously as a Triple H authority clone.
Obviously Ospreay and Bulldog jr stole the episode. They should of used Crater a lot more though.
Nikolai Volkoff & Brian Lawler (Grandmaster Sexay) both passed away today.
The latter hung himself in prison. I've only just found out with this that he is Jerry Lawlers son.
You know it's bad when the WWF lot are struggling to get past 50.
Apparently he was only in jail for a DUI. There must be more (in the sentence or he was mentally fucked) because that's pretty light.
Fucking hell. Is Bork being a bit of a dick to Heyman all it takes to get a decent chunk of the crowd to boo Lesnar then chant for Reigns?
I've always loved that clip. I bet he re-lived it as he died.
To be fair, it's taken a good 2 years to get to this point. This is a combination of people being sick of Lesnar overall and Roman just happening to be the guy he's facing. It'd probably be the same if this were Baron Corbin.
But if you take away Heyman that pretty much is Lesnar. The guy himself has probably had about an hours worth of ringtime and said maybe a paragraph throughout the title reign.
Best case scenario is Reigns wins and immediately gets crushed by Strowman.
No, the best case scenario is Lesnar wins, Strowman cashes in, Lesnar beats him too, then Hogan WM9s it, and still loses.
Then we can see all the crybabies moaning non-stop on every single wrestling related post/tweet/forum etc and it'll be glorious.
I could genuinely see them doing the 2 sport champion thing, if he didn't have a 6 month ban to serve in UFC. I don't see them being able to make this last another 6 months.
Though saying that, PPV wise there's nothing big until the Rumble(I don't think Survivor Series is what is once was) and it wouldn't be much beyond that so fuck it, why not?
I can't even imagine what somebody moaning non-stop in every one of their wrestling-related posts would look like.
Artists rendering of that drive-by murder:
I saw that coming
Eventually, I learned to give up wrestling, because it's never going to be good again. Now I just follow it via Cultaholic, and laugh at the million Brock related threads that get started every day just for people to cry about him. I mean, he's not even on the fucking show, just ignore him. I can understand moaning about the product being consistently shit (obviously) but I can't understand getting your panties in a bunch over the fact you don't get to see the shiny belt on a weekly basis.
Well it is a bit shit that the MAIN CHAMPION is never fucking there.
If it wasn't Kayfabe land he'd have been stripped ages ago.
Hard to have a go at a legitimate complaint.
It’s not a legitimate complaint though. His matches feel bigger because he’s never there. If he was there every week they would quickly ruin him.
Keeping him away a bit more than other guys is fine, but he's not even turning up once a month.
Fuck him and fuck Vince.
Vince knows he’s the only legitimate star they have, other than Ronda. He’s booking him perfectly to keep him as a star attraction. Obviously in an idea world WWE world hire decent bookers who could book Brock every week and not ruin him but in this reality even if Brock was there every week he would probably be approaching match 57 against Reigns (the previous 56 being split 28-28 with Reigns winning the non title ones or by DQ) and no one would care anymore.
I'm not saying Brock being there would fix things (I'd rather have a different champion and Brock just retired), Triple H taking over would though.
The things he's done with 205 and NXT are constantly showing up stuff on the TOP TWO shows.
