Ye definitely. That's the only Spain side I actually enjoyed watching. 2010 was the pinnacle of their boringness in my opinion. Since then they're still as boring, but not as dominant so it's a bit more funny to watch.
The passiveness Spain show when only 1-0 up is bizarre. Against Portugal and now against Russia they have had a good chance to put their foot down and create more opportunities, but no, pass it around at the back for 10 minutes.

The Russians are all camped on the edge of their box, there's no way they're going to hold out for 30mins like that.
I wonder why Russia have never had any top, top players in thirty years (or whatever) when they tend to do alright in everything else they care about, and places like Serbia can still produce them even when they're pissing about with 'EuroBasket'.
Spain have to actually do something though. They're completely toothless. I still want Spain to go through because at least they've shown they're capable of playing better than that, but today they've been horrible.

They had some half decent ones in the 90s, when the free market briefly looked like it might become a thing.
Arshavin was a bit good for a while.
They haven't had really big names in basketball either, Kirilenko aside of course, but at least they've been successful there.
