Fox was the answer for Montserrat and has been said already, but Dejagah is correct, 5 goals for Fulham.
Nemeth is the correct answer for Slovakia, with 23 PL goals.
Jimmy gets the Antiguan, Leigertwood scored 2 goals. Wasilewski did score a PL goal, but is not the answer.
So that leaves just North Macedonia, Poland and Saint Kitts and Nevis to get.

Yeah Poland feels like it should be someone you've heard of. If it's a single goal merchant, has Juktiewicz (? - the Birmingham one) ever played/scored in the Premier League?
Jutkiewicz has played 28 games in the Prem, but never scored. The top scorer from Poland only has 2 goals.
I've put a list of Macedonians in front of me and the only name I recognise is Sasa Ilic. I don't think he's scored a wind-assisted goal kick.

Ive looked up the missing names for North Macedonia, Poland and Saint Kitts and Nevis. I would never have got them.
The player you're thinking of did score in English football, but it was for West Brom in the Championship. The clubs each player has played for are as follows:
North Macedonia - Barnsley
Poland - Southampton
Saint Kitts and Nevis - Crystal Palace
If i didnt already know the answers. With the clue of palace, I would have said Peter Ndouvu* but i think he was from Zimbabwe

The only St Kitts players I can think of are Kevin Francis and Adam Newton, the former surely didn't play in the Prem, so I'm guessing the latter might've got one in his few run outs for West Ham?
Edit - missed the Palace bit... Don't think either played for Palace. Leon McKenzie played for Jamaica I think... but maybe I got that wrong?

Neither of those, I'm afraid. The player I'm looking for also played for Millwall and Colchester.
Ended up looking him up and assume you mean Port Vale rather than Millwall (who he never played for). I remember him well from Palace and Vale, in fairness but would never have recalled him in this context.
If you mean Sagi Burton, he made 2 PL appearances but never scored. There is still another Kittitian who scored in the Prem.
