For now, yes. I don't think he is infallible, his subs for one definitely need reviewing. The transfer strategy hasnt worked recently but is that also Edu leaving? Not buying a striker was extremely costly. Arteta and the players were vocal enough about wanting to sign someone in January so not sure what resulted in nothing. The Sterling loan is absolutely Arteta's fault though. Would getting that striker have have mattered tonight? Maybe not.
The ramifications of Vieira not being good enough to stand in for Odegaard have been felt this season, too. There is a depth problem, partly due to injuries, that is unsustainable. Ther's a lot business to do this summer, outgoing and incoming. Interesting to see what the new fella Berta does.

Realistically Arsenal need to buy a striker, a creative midfielder, a defensive midfielder and a winger/inside forward whatever they call it now. All that business seems like too much for one window.
Oh and Gabriel or Saliba will likely leave this summer, given Gabriel's injury I'd imagine Saliba.
Arteta isn't perfect but the team has gone from United level languishing in mid table and tinpot european competiton to consistently challenging for the title, the first season back in the CL got QFs and this time SFs, that's clear progress even if the manner of performance was ultimately disappointing.
