In the second world war there were bands of Nazis who kept the fight going long beyond the surrender(s), to say nothing of the Japanese and their jungle antics. Some people just love war.

I'd support a military aid package whereby we buy a one way ticket and reasonably priced military fatigues for anyone who wants to fight for their mother/fatherland in their hour of need - and obviously take their family with them to help rebuild their glorious nation(s) after victory/defeat is secure.
