This hotel has a ski erg machine and it reminded me how fucking hard they are. Horrible bastards that make you feel like you smoke 50 a day.

I was rolling out of bed for a four/five hour walk every morning during lockdown and could happily have that as my routine.

Cycled 60 miles to the south east coast yesterday. Was a good ride, albeit into a head wind for most of it.
Legs are somewhat fatigued today.
