It's great news for me because we have about 7 major American competitors who (like us) get all their product from China and also in their case Mexico, so it absolutely shafts them. The only thing I can think of for them is to find a go-between country but what is there?
The other effect I think it will have for UK is that it will drive the EU back into our caring, bulldog-tattooed arms. We're just too important a market for them.
