Why is it almost impossible to adopt a dog? You essentially need to be jobless, childless, and have no other pets.
In fairness we didn’t get him till he was 10 months old and up until that point he’d just been kept in a crate by a breeder. But, that means he’s got massive separation anxiety and is constantly stressed out if he’s left on his own(he was ok at home with the other dog).
So he has had to come everywhere for us for the last few months since we lost Albie. Which is what makes him a nightmare.
My mate ended up with one from Bosnia cos it was easier than getting a British one.

One of my cats comes and goes everyday, but the other one had only been out two times and came back after three days both times. Well on January 17th she went out as I was leaving for work. That week, the temperatures were under -10 degrees C everyday and she didn't come back. Then we had two snowstorms after that and still no signs of her, so I figured she froze to death or got eaten by a coyote (there has been at least three coyote sightings in the neighborhood in the past month) or something. Until last weekend, when my daughter shouted 'look' during lunchtime and there she was, roaming around the back of the house. I shouted at her but she ran away. Then yesterday I heard meowing in the front door. Sleeping on the couch next to me now.
First trip to the beach this year went well
