Primarily the reaction to them being greedy cunts not just taking what is offered. It's perception. Man ain't saying you set the bar for wages but it's the same with train drivers, any industry who goes on strikes. Immediate response is 'Well I don't get it stfu cunts'.
Except with doctors the outcome is they all fuck off and you're gonna get seen by a PA or AA with little to no training on unjustifiable wages who'll say your knee slipping out is a cold and send you off with paracetamol.

It feels like we're basically all earning the same wage now, regardless of what we do. I don't know how they change that, but they need to get on with it, because it's becoming a joke. We do not live in Communist Cuba (not least because their health service is much better).

It's not true that we all earn the same. Work in financial services in London and you'll stroll into £75k+ at the age of 23, see that balloon over time, and never have any clue that people earn less.

I know we don't, that's why I said "it feels like". There are exceptions and obviously theres confirmation bias based on what those I know earn.
However, when it comes to "normal" jobs, (public servants, emergency services, office work, etc), wages are basically 30 - 40k across the board and minimum wage is slowly creeping up on that too.
I've just got my payslip and seen I've been done for £640 student loan this month. SOMETHING NEEDS TO CHANGE.
