I would imagine the consideration they are working against here is that opening fire in a crowded airport would be very risky.
If you kill a bystander in the process of taking out a terrorist with a gun or bomb, that's justifiable. If you kill a bystander because someone started a scrap with you, probably not justifiable.
How did you know he wasn't a terrorist though? From the police perspective I mean. The whoke thing could've been a ruse. The current state of play is you can initiate a fist fight with them and won't get shot but might get hold of a sub machine gun. Try that in America.

I don't know if most of you are just 'spoiling for a ruck', but we can't have police in this country going round dealing out retribution when they feel slighted or routinely opening fire in an airport. The justice system is there for the former and, in the case of the latter, I don't want the exciting feeling of being in an airport knowing I'm about to start the final leg of my holiday journey ruined by constantly being on the lookout for opportunities to take cover in case shit kicks off.
Yeah, we really don't want to be using America as a benchmark for anything involving the use of guns.
Again though Yev, in this instance it could have kicked off if those lads had decided to take the tiny women's guns off them and opened fire, same outcome.
Alright then, the armed police at Italian football games.
I'd rather we just avoided putting tiny people at the sharp end of policing - unless they have some special Mr Miyagi skills (and she clearly didn't) it's ridiculous.
She's living her truth.
It's like some of you don't understand the meaning of fuck 'em.
Spikey still full of emotion after attending the rally in London yesterday afternoon
‘Tommy, Tommy, Tommy Robinson’
Someone's got to stand up for are cuntry.
In the know when the story fits.
They got attacked yet managed to diffuse the situation using the tools at their disposal. Guns were not needed and stomping that asshole's head was not needed either.
Yeah he shouldn't be stomping on the guys head nor kicking it like a football either. The only point that would of perhaps been acceptable was if the bloke was starting to look like he was getting up.
But, this situation wouldn't have happened if there were three proper sized coppers there and not a couple of women getting their faces smashed in.
I'm not saying that at all and women policy officers definitely have a massive use. I think they are far more likely to diffuse a volatile situation than a male police office from what I saw when I worked in bars and clubs. But, when things escalate like this with someone who literally it would appear couldn't give a shit about who he hits they can be a bit of a liability. If that had been on the street and there wasn't instant backup all three of them look like they would have taken an absolutely pasting from the two blokes because the women just don't have the physicality to deal with men like that.
Although I might have that wrong as on second viewing is it the second female police officer who uses the taser? I thought it was another office off screen.

I agree. If women didn't exist they wouldn't get raped either. Moaning cows.
Going from watching torture porn to basically being Phonics inside one year is some effort.
Not really, I have a 12 year old daughter and the works is becoming a terrifying place for women and especially young girls. The attitudes of men is appalling.
They let you on a college campus? No wonder the lasses ain't safe these days.
He's dying his hair blue any minute now.

I'm a twit
He has always been awfully quiet about it. My guess is he tried and got caught.
It's called attention seeking.
Same as now.
Nobody is buying the act, Tragic.
All you lot passing judgement on the policeman who put the boot in, you need to understand when the adrenaline is pumping, you can't just stop. Whilst not entirely the correct thing to do, the man is not a robot, his emotions were running high and couldn't resist a cheeky boot in the face.
How many heads have you stomped?
Good question, none. But I've also never been in that situation.
But I have been in some limited fisty-cuffs, and oh my, was the adrenaline pumping through my veins.
I have been on numerous home visits. Many with some pretty nasty characters. Nothing has ever happened, but I imagine I would react... poorly, to someone punching one of my female colleagues in the face several times.
At least you'd have no chance of getting head stomped.
I see the nice innocent victims in all this have changed lawyers since the other footage emerged.

Junior doctors offered 22%, how many pepper mills does that get you?
Need to see the details but on the surface it looks a fairly crap offer.
If you turn that down public support will really disappear.
